absolute scam put in dates and said pay for item in so many minutes or lose date of test so paid and there is no date booked so they have your money and they cant lose if you want a refund because they charge you £20 admin total scam

Very bad company they are a scam just a 3rd party taking extra money for doing nothing will never use again I paid £43.99 for CSCS test and thought I got the card too !!!!!!please people do not use them the test should only be £21

Good bunch running this training, really helpful and quick to get back to you. Me and my gang have used these over the last few months and been more than happy.

I see a few reviews on here about price but I think they’re confused, construction cert offer lots of different tests and training packages, you can’t buy that direct from CSCS or CITB where we used to arrange it in the past. You can buy a bog standard test for cheaper direct at test centres if that’s all you want but you get nothing else.

Third party website, you can do the same test for much less on the actual test sites.

When i realised this and asked for a refund they took £10 as a cancellation fee. Do not use

absolute scam, as someone who doesn’t know the price I assumed it was all the same. Turns out the actual price is £21. And the con artists aka construction cert. Take the rest. Complete rip off. Nothing is included, the card is extra. AVOID AVOID AVOID

PLEASE PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY. The test should only be £21. I booked in a hurry and now need to pay out £36 on top of the £43.99 i have already paid. It is far cheaper to buy the app to learn and find any info you need via cscs.co.uk. Do not make my mistake.

What a great service!! Very accommodating with helping sort rearranging tests. 24/7 email service is a great addition for this company . I would highly recommend, and will be dealing with again when needed

My partner needed to book his test and we were both unaware of how or what to book! I have received the best service through email (didn’t have time to call as working) each response was exactly what I needed and more! As was given a list of availability to prevent me trying to book something that was not available. Over the moon with the support and help I have been given the last couple of days and have got the test booked! Thanks again

I booked an operative test through these guys, had no issues at all and the whole process went smoothly, even after I had to change the date! Really good communication and they don't mind answering questions if you're not sure what test you need to take. Happy days thank you.

I had a family emergency on the day of my test and I couldn’t make my test. I got in touch with these guys and they sorted me a new test date without any problem and free of charge.

I had my test at Sunderland for my JIB plumbing. The test centre was easy to find, I flew through the test in 45 minutes and got my pass certificate.

The guys at Construction Cert followed me up to check how I got on and if I needed anything else after, can’t fault them for sorting me a new test date after I couldn’t attend first time, cheers!

I booked a touch screen test and later my level 1 day course through constructioncert. They sent me details to my phone and email not long after booking.

Test was done at Liverpool test centre. I’d recommend anybody doing the touch screen test to buy a book and revise first.

The 1 day course was at HSS in Liverpool, Huyton, it was relaxed and tutor gave us all the information needed for the exam at the end so no nasty surprises.

I got my certificate through the post this week for the level 1 award, happy days!

I booked my cscs operative test through them twice, unknowing that they were overcharging me by almost twice the actual amount. I've since learned that the test should only cost around £21 and I was charged over £40 the first time and £38 the second. If you are booking the test yourself I would advise you to do it via phone call on the official website as I have had no explanation as to what these extra charges are for. The only good thing is that my test was booked and there was no problems with the dates and times, but that should be expected for DOUBLE the actual fee.
