Some back-and-forth was necessary to resolve my order. The representative was very helpful, and I received the order for free after using benefits and a coupon.

They suck. Took my order when they knew they didn’t have them in stock.Got my order wrong. Won’t let me return them or get my money back. Do not do business with these people.

It was easy to order contacts on line with out hassle

I ordered contacts they happily took my money. I never recieved any sort of tracking info only that they were sent. Then I was notified that they were delivered. I never recieved my order! They said they would make it right and either REFUND my money or replace my order. I chose to have it replaced.. come to find out they then denied it because apparently my prescription was out of date. Why was it acceptable in the first place?? Very DISSATISFIED!

It's been TWO WEEKS and I still HAVENT revceived my order WTF....horrible service!!!!!

The shipping policy to Hawaii is awful! You ship USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE that has zero advantage to the customer! Orders via this method take over 3 weeks to arrive if they even arrive! Get it together and quit expecting good reviews when I still have zero idea when I will receive my order

I have used other online glasses and contact companies for years and Contacts Direct is the absolute BEST!!! Placed the order for my contacts on a Saturday evening and I had them on Tuesday afternoon!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked!!

I don't know what changed but the process was awful this time. I gave them the number of my ophthalmologist, just as I did in the past. They obviously didn't try to make contact because they claimed it was the wrong number. It took nearly 2 days to get this resolved, and that was only because I got a copy of the prescription and uploaded it, which was exactly what ContactsDirect should have done.

Also I don't like that using insurance means you can't take advantage of promotion codes.

I found it was easy to order and get the insurance billed and the contacts came surprisingly quickly.
