Ordered an advent calendar on 19th October. Chased up on 9th November. Received a generic reply "Sorry to keep you waiting. We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed. But sometimes logistics would have delay. We've urged the update of your order status. Please kindly wait for its delivery. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team" Chased again on 15th November and I was then sent a shipping status to show that the parcel was in the US dated 21st October. Still no idea of when it will arrive. Very disappointed with service.

Ordered the wave mugs. They say they were delivered but i never received them. Multiple emails requesting a replacement or a refund its now been nearly 2 weeks and they keep asking me to check the same places. No replies to the replace or refund. Awful company, rubbish communication!

Do not use this company at any price!!
The goods they charged and sent were nothing like advertised, instead an inferior replica!! When I contacted them to complain and request a refund they offered me £2 !!!

Sea glass mugs nothing like the picture and look really cheap. Certainly wont be giving them as the gifts for which they were intended. Very disappointed

Ordered wave mugs. Took weeks to arrive. When ordering i did not realise they shipped from USA! Said mugs totally unlike advertised item. Cheap and nasty. Certain would not be safe for hot drinks. Awaiting reply from them addressing my complaints but i3m not hopeful. Never ordering something I see on Instagram again!!

Waited 3weeks for the item to arrive and was really poor quality, light weight and plasticky. Paid £18!!!! Been offered £2 compensation which is a joke. Stay clear of this company the product is extremely low quality but customer service is even worse. Dont waste your time an money on this

This company is miss selling products.
I ordered a sea glass mug, it took nearly three weeks to arrive. The item looked like something out of Poundland, a completely different mug that they advertised. I payed just over £19 with postage. I emailed the next day requesting a refund, under their policy within 14 days.
I took pictures as requested.
Their customer service support are useless, asking can’t I give the mug to someone else! Offering £2 refund, then £4 refund, as it is pointless me returning it as their warehouse is in china! And it would cost ME too much money to return! Absolutely shameful.
Stay clear of this company at all costs!

Scam, I ordered 4 large pocket sweaters and ones I received where not as described on the website they weren’t even the correct material. I have been emailing for 4 days now and company won’t let me return them, despite the guaranteed no questions asked return policy on their website. They have to give you a return address so stuck with them and now disputing through bank

Inferior quality mass produced goods purporting to be hand blown craftsman made glassware. The company overcharged me for the items and have failed to respond to any request for return or refund. Buyer beware - another cheap Chinese company pretending to be a U.K. seller.

Ordered sea glass mugs, order total £42. Which I paid with PayPal. They then took another £8 without my knowledge. Have heard nothing. Tried to cancel within an hour, as per their policy, for a full refund. No correspondence from them as of yet!

Ordered 4 sea glass mugs £42 with discount offered charged £1.44 postage insurance then checked my bank and they have charged £52.76 over £10 more emailed for cancellation as under 12 hours as per their terms (only been an hour) not received a reply yet contacted my bank but as pending need to make a claim! Took an additional £6 from my account. Not happy.

Item ordered beginning of May. Slowest shipping ever. Still waiting 6 weeks later. I guess Amazon has gotten me used to receiving items in a reasonable time frame. Item tracking says it entered the United States over 2 weeks ago. Guess it is being walked to me. Not worth the time, enough companies sell the same products that I will never use so.eone other than Amazon in the future after this experience. Good job, with experience like this, it is no surprise that people only want to use large companies because if it had said 2 month shipping time, I would never have bought anything from them. Who knows, might not even get product.

Installation felt intuitive enough, though shipping could certainly have been quicker. Maybe offering expedited shipping options would help customers needing quicker replacements, but otherwise its a reliable choice Id comfortably purchase again. I appreciated its sturdy build and smooth performance once it finally arrived after a two-week wait period.

Arrived after about three weeks which felt slightly long although acceptable. Quality is okay, material seems decent enough, and it works just as I expected. Overall satisfied despite the shipping delay—would probably purchase again.

Im quite happy with this purchase because the overall design is practical and stylish without appearing overly flashy. Its durable construction and thoughtful details make it very effective in everyday use, offering decent comfort and reliable value at an affordable price point.

I would rate this online store as minus purchased what I thought were two books and received photocopies of 20 pages of the same book. Absolutely disgusting and probably illegally sourced. Do not deal with this company, as you definitely will not get what you ordered. People knock Temu but at least you get what you ordered.
