Do not deal with this company that I found on Facebook. I received part of a book x 2 the items were the same. The books were the same even though I ordered two different genres. When I looked up the book, the book should contain 352 pages what I received was about 20 pages. Make sure you report it so that we can stop this scam.

Do not purchase from this company the item I ordered was supposed to be a size M adult and it was barely a kid size!
They would not refund despite it being my right as the item is not as described. Appalling service.

It's says it's American your goods are coming from kansis when it's cheep junk from China been waiting over a month for the raccoon hat apparently it's in Birmingham

I agree with all 1 star reviews, even the contact us link doesn't work, think I bought from a tic-toc shop, no more tic-toc tat for me

Saw the ‘ask about my ninja disguise’ tshirt advertised on Instagram and ordered one for my nephew for Christmas. Ordered a small size as felt this would be suitable for an 11 year old as if it was a bit big he would grow into it. Had lots of tracking emails regarding delivery.
Tshirt arrived. It is incredibly poor quality material and see through. And as for the size, I’d be lucky if it fit my 8 year old nephew! This is a really poor quality item and not worth what I paid for it. It’s so cheap looking that I’d be embarrassed to even think about giving it as a gift. Website is impossible to navigate to contact ‘customer services’ to try and get a refund or to send the item back. if I could give a 0 star rating I would. Extremely disappointed.

Would prefer to give no stars! Absolutely disgusting product. Ninja tshirt is clearly marketed for men but actually womens design, cheap nylon material, Absolutely NOT tshirt material and 2xl looks like a medium.

Cheap tat. Horrendous quality tshirt see thru material and loose stitching on all seams. the company wouldn't let me return unless I paid chinese shipping tax which I wasn't willing to do

This company don’t want to improve. They just keep churning out the same reply and have no interest in dealing with a query or issue.
I ordered a wrap with sleeves which they say has been delivered but I have not received. After visits to my local post office and district office on two occasions they still insist it has been delivered. Funny that the Post Office don’t recognise the tracking number and they are asking me to check my surveillance camera. It’s a joke. They cannot provide proof to me that the Post Office confirmed delivery so it’s there word against mine and I know who is being honest.
Pity I had not read some of the other reviews before ordering.

I ordered bras and they were way to small. I tried to return and get the right size, they said to give them away because it cost to much to return them. i wanted the right size, I ordered by their size chart. It cost me $44.00 and they offered to send me $3.00, then $7. then $9.00. Itold them Iwanted the right size or a refund and they refused. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SHAM. I STILL HVE ALL THE EMAILS TO THEM AND THEIR ANSWERS A WHOLE PAGE OF THEM. 19 IN ALL. It was my understanding they were coming from Italy they came from China that is why they were to small. Had I known that I would not have ordered anything. They are a fraud.

Ordered 2 jumpsuits meant to be a size 18-20 be lucky if a 12-14 gets into it. Asked how to return and was told to give them to someone else.
Worst company ever dealt with.

What a rubbish item. Ruffled jumpsuit. It has an opening in the top that is almost too small to get into. You certainly have to fight in and out if you want the toilet. It certainly isn’t the lovey baggy suit that’s advertised. It’s a strange shape that fits really tight. Awful item once it finally arrived. Avoid this company

Tried to order two dresses my payment was stopped by my bank thank goodness as they tried to take payment twice

I ordered two jumpsuits weeks ago ! Nothing has turned up , the money has gone out of my account so a bit annoyed to be fair
Had no contact and no tracking so guessing I’ve been scammed

Do not deal with this company.
I have been asking for a refund for weeks as I never received an order placed on 20th August 2023.
All I get is a message to be patient as it was dispatched!
According to the tracking it is in Cambridge with a Canadian post code????

I am reading all the reviews and my experience is exactly the same as Tina. I ordered 2 jumpsuits. They took ages to arrive. When they did they sent large instead of extra large. I sent pics in of the labels, but they said they were the right size when they left the factory? Lol, so on their way to me, they some how changed sizes?? Ridiculous. And like others they suggest I give them to a family member? They are so badly made. Stay away from this company. If its too good to be true, it usually is!

Ordered two jumpsuits. Took weeks to arrive, when chased they said the company did not update the tracking order. Once recieved, the jumpsuit size doesn't reflect the picture on the website and measurement chart! Still trying to get the details to return with them suggesting to give to someone else! Highly recommend not to order from this website again!!

Bohemian dress is of poor quality and not true to size.
They suggested I gave it to someone else.
It took so long to get here , I missed the occasion I bought it for.
I will Not be purchasing from them again.
I can see I am not the only disappointed customer.

Absolute con! Don't buy from these people. They say you can get a refund but you really can't. The Bohemian dress is awful! It bears no resemblance to the advertisement. Cheap tat! Should be reported for contravening the Trades Descriptions act.

I bought the bohemian dress too in beige and it’s huge! The sizing is all wrong. There is no label in it so no idea what the cheap nylon fabric is. It arrived creased to bits and does not resemble the website photo. This will go to recycle as I’d be embarrassed taking it to a charity shop. CHEAP TAT, AVOID THIS COMPANY. They should not be trading, ripping people off, I’ve learnt my lesson.

I bought the bohemian dress too did not fit at the top sizing definitely wrong I am trying to get a refund but they keep telling me they can only give me £3 back I have been back and forth with them they just keep telling to give it to someone else why should I be out of pocket DONT BUY FROM THEM terrible customer service
