Because of an oversight on my part I failed to realize I had signed up for a monthly subscription, after a 7 day trial to their service. They fully refunded me the subscription fee, thank you!

Apparently, I accidentally signed up for this service, and was charged a fee. I sent an email to the company, and within a day I was refunded my full amount. Great service!

the converting is not what we expected. I want the word copy down to be able to edit. this version just simply paste the file to word doc. What is it for? no useful at all. while we have to pay before we can open the document.

This company is very deceptive, beware!
This company is very deceptive, be aware! They allow you to use the tool for a day or 7 days for a $1 or $1.95 and they include, in very small print somewhere in the checkout, an auto-enrollment option for $49.95 for a whole year and charge you about 10 days later. When you ask for your money back, unaware of why you are charged, they refuse to give you the money back. Very deceptive and manipulative ways of doing business, obviously will be out of business soon.

Do not agree to the free trial…
Do not agree to the free trial if you don't want your credit card to be charged close to $50.00 a month.
Once I agreed to the free trial I had "7 days to cancel through the website", however, during that time the website did not have a working link or form to cancel the subscription.
Save yourself a headache and unwanted charges, try any other site.
