Because of an oversight on my part I failed to realize I had signed up for a monthly subscription, after a 7 day trial to their service. They fully refunded me the subscription fee, thank you!

Apparently, I accidentally signed up for this service, and was charged a fee. I sent an email to the company, and within a day I was refunded my full amount. Great service!

Thanks for your feedback. PDF compression depends heavily on the content inside the file, such as images, fonts, and encoding. If the original file is already compressed or contains mostly vector/text data, the size reduction may be minimal.

Unauthorized charge for services
I have been charged for this application but never ordered it or used it. The company said they would refund the $49.90 charge, but have stopped communicating and have never issued a rebate. Beware!
EDIT: I have been notified by the owner of the company that a rebate has been issued, but so far it has not shown up in my account. When it does, I’ll return here and clarify my initial assessment.
EDIT: As of April 20, 2026 the rebate the owner indicated would be posted to my credit card has not appeared in my CC account. This appears to be a scam and I’m going to contact my credit card for assistance.

Your subscription was fully cancelled and a refund of $49.90 was issued on March 22. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank, which may be why it wasn’t visible yet when you followed up.
We also apologize if it felt like communication stopped, that was not our intention.
If you still don’t see the refund, please reach out to us directly and we’ll make sure this is resolved immediately.

Umm it’s weird that I have to make a review in order to get my copy of my pdf. Make it an option and not a requirement and you’ll see better numbers :)
