Great choice and quick delivery with good tracking.

The arm cuffs have caused bruising, the ferrules are degrading after a few weeks of use. Slipped a fair few times, both indoors and out. The grip covers slide off as you are using them. The grips are uncomfortable and have caused pain in my thumb joints and palms.

Amazing
I don’t know whether many people experience this. As a young looking 53 year old with fibromyalgia and a walking aid user, people see the stick and not me. You become an invisible person who walks really slowly and clicks as they go.
Well no more. I purchased a plain walking stick from cool crutches - I was still invisible but stopped clicking as I walked.
I was that impressed with my walking stick I decided to treat myself to the black ombré walking stick. This colour was only available to order as crutches, so I contacted customer services and one was made especially for me - how amazing I felt.
I took my bling walking stick on a 2 week cruise I had booked, using my plain black cool crutches walking stick in the day. In the evening my bling stick would come out. Suddenly people saw not just a walking stick, they were seeing the most gorgeous walking stick sparkling away.
People stated talking to me, complimenting me on how amazing my walking stick is. Asking if I had done it myself, I could say with pride that I got this from cool crutches. I was visible again and that made me feel like a normal human being again.
Following the cruise my mum took a shine to the bling walking stick and she walked away with my pride and joy. I was so happy as I knew she would experience becoming visible again and how special that would make her feel.
My intention was to replace however I had recently moved to a bungalow to enable me to get around easier and no more stairs. A lot of work needed to done and decided to wait until the decorating and jobs had been done before getting myself another bling walking stick.
My new stick arrived a couple of weeks ago and I am so happy with it.
I only have one thing to say to cool crutches, thank you, thank you for making an amazing product that does not click, thank you for making me visible again and increasing my self confidence.
Are you looking to treat yourself to one of the bling walking sticks? If you understand the impact of the clicking and/or you feel invisible then this walking stick will change your life.
As a 53 year old man I had expected to end up using a walking aid in a few decades. It has come a lot earlier than expected. I cannot praise Cool Crutches highly enough - go ahead and treat yourself how it will make you feel will be worth every single penny.

Great quality and no click!

I've had my cool crutches for some time now, and I have to say I'm SO happy with them. I've used canes, and walking sticks since 1986. My mom got me a used pair of hospital cuff crutches in 2010, and they helped, but were so heavy, not really meant for forever usage. A few years back I transitioned to Ergobaum, but they are also quite heavy.
I took a chance on CoolCrutches, because It's all about disabled folks, looking out for disabled folks. I got the extra large replacement cuffs, and extra feet for hiking (which I can actually do again) and I'm so chuffed.
They aren't cheap, I'm in America, I don't get any kind of health care discount, so I have to pay retail, but they Are worth it. I was able to go to a convention in my city, and didn't have to cut my days short because of fatigue.
I recommend them to anyone and everyone, and love that they are functional, light enough to move easily, and sturdy enough to support my full weight as needed.
Big love from one person who's life changed at 17, to all those who's life needs have changed whenever you are. These crutches are my stalwart companions through think and thin.
Now, if you were to market convertible ice crampon tips for winter, I'd give you more money.

Im obsessed with my new crutch! I cried when I first used it, my dog looked at me gone out! I've been using a bought walking stick for the last few months due to spinal problems and its soo hard being able to stand and use both hands to do something as simple as put a key i. To my bag... with this crutch, I can still use my hand and keep balance.. its got a really cushioned bottom so I feel like its easier to walk, and the hand is formed to my right shape with a cushion, that helps me grip as I really struggle with that.. its super lightweight too! I finally feel like I have some freedom 😌 🙌 thankyou!!!

I was struggling really badly to walk with my old cane, which I'd gotten from Amazon (recommended by my GP) - but this one is incredible, it's silent, looks incredible, has better height settings (as I am relatively short anyway), and even just feels so nice on my hand, so I'm not getting pressure problems and elbow pain now!

I bought my green glitter crutches from cool crutches. The process was easy. Their prices were clear. Great choice of colours and accessories. They were delivered with in a few days with clear instructions on how to put them together, my crutches have handles that are formed specially for left and right hands. I ordered the cushion grips also ordered the foot grips as extra for ease on my hands the are wide and are comfortable to walk with . I have had great compliments about them .
They are shiny and I love them I don’t always use both if o am doing a lot of walking I need them. Highly recommend

I have been using a cheap walking stick for over a year, at the end of a day my hand & elbow hurt. I have only been using the Cool Crutch for 2 days and already, I have less pain in my hand & elbow. It is also more stable than my previous one, and I love the bright pink colour.

Brilliant product
I was unsure if I needed a walking stick so I phoned the help desk and had a really good talk to a lovely lady who went through my options and my reasoning. I explained that I was going to London on the Saturday and was I to late for next day delivery. The lovely lady said I had five minutes but she would keep an eye out for my order to make sure I got. It arrived on the Friday as promised and used it for the first time on the Saturday. I am so pleased with it, it made getting on and if trains easier a kind gentleman gave me his seat on a very packed underground which made a huge difference. I’m not sure I could have done as much without it. I cannot recommend this product highly enough it is stable and beautiful thank you for all your help

I received my bees knees crutches within three days of ordering. Excellent service as per . These are my third pr of crutches from Cool Crutches and l love them . I'm on holiday in Gran Canaria at the moment with my pink leopard pair as lve lots of pink outfits this time and l like to match up . I would be housebound if it wasn't for my crutches , they have been all over Europe with me .
My bees knees have been much admired and blend in nicely with my new coat . I no longer blend in with the background because of my disability. I'm out there rocking it thanks to Cool Crutches. I'm safe and secure and confident again x

My first pair of crutches from CC and black is a must. I read the reviews and watched online videos and surprisingly they are really quiet and comfortable. I suddenly became obsessed with CC crutches. In total I bought two left hands, a pair of black and a pair of mismatched crutches. Also a big thank you to Charlotte who handles my emails when I had minor problems with the ferrules.

Comfortable, genuinely interesting crutches.
As a younger disabled person I really appreciate the range of styles available, until I found this page I thought my only options for patterns were "hospital grey" or "vintage sofa floral"! The print looks fantastic and the grips on these crutches are SO comfortable. I have hEDS and have found that some other mobility aids feel like they're doing more harm than good, but these crutches help me feel genuinely stable and have been such a help in getting around, they feel really durable and high quality. It's also fantastic that these crutches don't make the clicking sound some others do. They're easily adjustable and arrived very quickly.

I've had my walking stick for four months now and I really wanted to love it. Cool Crutches was recommended to me by other people with hEDS so I was really excited.

The walking stick is clearly very well made, though I do still get some clicking while walking (I assume it's me more than the stick). The thing that is my biggest issue is the handle. I have a fisher stick from the NHS and that is the most comfortable walking stick I've ever used. I had high hopes for CCs but sadly it is not it. The handle is too small, so I end up putting all of my weight on the inside of my palm. You need to keep your index finger and thumb straight at all times, so you don't have as much support from your whole hand and it gets painful after awhile. The plastic right under the handle is also rough and rubs against my middle finger, so I now have a bump and a callous from it.

I am so happy I got an extra left hand soft grip cover. My stick is right handed and the cover has such thick stitching at the seem, it is really rough. It becomes more painful to hold the handle overtime because of it. Thankfully of you turn them inside out (though you need an opposite handle cover) the inside seem is barely noticeable.

I still use my CC walking stick on day where I don't need it as much because I like the way it looked compared to the NHS one. But I really think the CC handle should be redesigned so you can use it on worse days.

I have purchased a black and a rainbow crutch, a clip to attach my crutch to chairs etc to stop it falling over and winter ferrules for extra stability. All these products are top quality and have increased my confidence and sense of stability. I also receive lots of positive comments from people on how stylish and fun my crutches are. Service and quality from Cool Crutches is always first rate. They clearly understand their clients needs.

I bought a walking stick that is just a million miles from a basic NHS stick. I love that it suits my style but more that it gives me confidence in its stability, doesn't announce my arrival by clicking with every step, and doesn't give me blisters or cramp in my hands.
Since buying the stick, I've returned for new ferrules including their amazing High Performance ferrules, which are awesome for bad weather like snow and slippery mud. Just about to buy a new one for this coming winter weather.
I've also purchased a wonderful device to stop my stick crashing to the floor every time I let go of it, especially at shop counters and supermarket checkouts! And I'm eyeing up the little clip-on torch. Oh, and I want another stick to go with a different style of outfits...it's all on my wish list anyway! I hope Santa is listening!

What a clever idea to design attractive crutches that can be an accessory as well as a walking aid.
The range of choice is amazing, and all of them beautiful designs. I chose a rainbow design that will match most outfits.
As someone who needs a single crutch on a permanent basis, I am delighted to have found one that is comfortable, quiet, supportive and also pleasing to the eye.
Delivery was very quick with DPD.
I had to phone to ask how to adjust my crutch, and the assistant was so very helpful and patient with me.
I’m very grateful.

Excellent quality. My old stick was causing pain in my wrist. The comfort handle makes such a difference. I'll be buying another one as I fancy a plain black one.
