I’m happy with the product a bit late on delivery and could do on packaging I ordered a touch but the packaging was not good as the box inside was very squished up so it could have broken the touch.

This company is an absolute god send their products and accessories are second to none, their customer service and communication is excellent It's just fantastic and no question is impossible for them to answer.

While the product is attractive, it is not made to last. The ferrules do not ever last as long as they should and given the price point, you would hope they would be more effective. I found my stick slipping from under me within a few months. Also, this company promotes and collaborates with content creators pushing harmful misinformation on the disabled community. They cherry pick information to support a narrative without giving a well rounded picture with all of the facts. It is dangerous and I do not trust them.

When my orthopaedic consultant advised me to use a stick, I searched online to see what was available. I liked the range of colours and designs offered by Cool Crutches and decided a collapsible stick in stylish blue was the one for me. I liked the clever and bendy Stick Safe which allows me to stop the stick clattering to the ground by attaching it to a table or shelf. Mind you, it has to be wrapped tightly around the pole because one has slipped down and fallen off. Friends have admired the stick's style and clever design. I found the handle uncomfortable at first, but Cool Crutches quickly sorted me out by posting me a soft cover for the handle which fits very snugly.

Beautiful stick
I love my new stick in beautiful colours. Bought the little light attachment and it is absolutely fabulous and easier to walk in dark places. The comfy grip is super. I must be honest, I am not a fan of the rubbery loop though, had preferred a woven one.
It’s easier to walk with the new stick, I only always had Third party sticks and they didn’t suit me.

Clips to adjust the length of the crutches keep popping out and are too dangerous for me to use in case I fall. Shame as they look great but I can’t risk using them.

Very happy with this walking stick and love the pattern on it. Friends are raving about how good it looks as well. Comfortable and supportive to use

Great friendly service as always. I have recently started to use 2 crutches instead of one, so wanted another one to make a matching pair. It was very straightforward as a record from a few years back had been kept, so they knew exactly which design I had purchased previously. Thank you.

Was hesitant to buy a stick because of price. As soon as I started using my new stick I could see why these are not cheap. I am an osteoarthritis sufferer and have a lot of wrist and thumb pain, my new stick is so much more comfortable to use and the handle and cover help the pain massively. I’m still relatively young for using a stick and feel better about using my black magic stick the design is very me and I love the silent and sturdiness of the stick too. If anyone is debating are the sticks worth the extra cost , they 100% are.
