I’ve used crutches for 20 years and never been comfortable with them. Having got my Cool crutches I feel more confident with them and they are so much lighter and easier to use. I got the black leather ones and it’s the best thing I did. I want a second pair now.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Amelia and her mum for designing such wonderful crutches and sticks. Her family run business always comes up trumps. With their amazing products which are all worth every penny. I have used cheaper walking aids in the past until i found cool crutches. The cheaper ones don't match cool crutches. Cool crutches have style,comfort and reliability i wouldn't shop anywhere else. Also it's not just a like any other company I have used before. Amelia goes beyond not just as a supplier. She is so supportive on social media with advice and encouragement. Also the customer team are very helpful. I have many crutches in stunning designs and i buy the accessories to keep my crutches in top working order. Since finding cool crutches and using their products it has literally changed my life. I was depressed with my deteriorating health and mobility with losing my identity and love of life with how I feel about myself. I can now get around with comfort and confidence and look and feel fabulous once again. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thank you once again Amelia and your team for everything. Xxx

I have had several orders from Cool Crutches...the crutches after my initial accident, then a stick I use for best and a folding stick that I use everyday and love... lastly the new small light and the chunkier ferrules to upgrade my stick. I love all of them. Their sticks are very robust and of great quality. The handles/grip are really comfortable and padded. The new accessories light has been great over the winter and being able to change the ferrule for a chunkier one has meant I've been able to join in more walks on different surfaces in all weathers and felt safer where I live. The folding stick is really sturdy and higher quality than others I have used. I've always had great communication/advice and care. Orders were delivered fast and always correct. I cannot fault their service. Really happy customer and will defintely use them again.

Truly the most comfortable strong crutches I have used, I have three pairs all different, wide cuffs great for thick coats and super duper strong. Such amazing quality and always an extremely caring helpful support when needed 100% recommend

My cool crutches are amazing, cannot get over how comfortable the grip is compared to hospital ones. Very discreet in the simple black which is just
what I was after, couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone and everyone. Definitely worth it and so pleased I got a pair!

Purchased my first pair over a year ago now. They are still going strong. No clicking like I used to get off the NHS ones . I've had them out in all weather's, I make sure I update the furrels which I buy from them as well. Customer service if needed has been fantastic and personal touch. I highly recommend to anyone needing crutches wether it's short or long term.

i was sent incorect item but it was replaced without delay with no problems at all and appologes will use again

Although your website could not process my gift voucher your member of staff ,on the phone, was very helpful and sorted out my order ,which was then delivered very swiftly and the item was in perfect condition.

I’ve been advised to use a crutch or crutches for my neurological condition for years but I always refused as I found the NHS crutches far too uncomfortable. Finally went for it after finding these and got to say there is no going back! The level of support and comfort is brilliant. I can now have the required level of support I need but in style and comfort.

I have sent messages to the company regarding the issues with the crutches but disappointingly, I have had no response.

The crutches are sturdy, silent and very comfortable. They look fantastic and have given me the confidence to use them in public. I would 100% recommend

I have needed crutches for about 11 years, and I had managed to get down to using one, before an event sent me back to needing the two again. I was in two minds whether I could justify the expense of another set of crutches as I had three pairs of NHS ones (the latest having the ergonomic handles) and a pair of folding ones from Amazon for travel.

I kept looking at the Cool Crutches checkout page, wondering whether I could justify them, still being in denial about having a permanent disability that meant I would be using aids forever… I eventually realised that I may as well get some crutches that will stand up to the job.
I was sick of clicking along with my hospital grey ones. I wanted to get some that were funky enough to be different, but still subdued enough for me to not stand out too much. I was looking at the Black Carbon Fibre patterned ones to begin with, but then they brought out the Black Leather effect ones and I was sold!
They are exceptionally comfortable to use due to the ergonomic handles and the neoprene handle covers (that come with the crutches). I was struggling a bit at first with the two types of arm rest that is on these crutches (it has a closed type cuff surrounding an open one, that lets the crutch hang on your arm when you need to reach for something). This was entirely due to the crutch being a new experience compared to using the grey ones. I ended up buying the pair and with the VAT exemption and a first order discount, the price came down enough for me to finally go ahead and purchase them.

The quality is exceptional, they feel chunky and solid but not too heavy. The Black Leather looks like real grained leather and the way the crutch is adjusted has made walking a peaceful experience!
I thought that the crutches came with the cuff covers, which was my mistake, but as I felt I needed some I got them on a separate order. So if you prefer them, I recommend that you order them at the same time as the crutches to get the free delivery. These cuff covers stop the swinging effect of the cuffs though, so bear that in mind if you want to keep that feature… I prefer them to be fixed and the covers are exceptionally comfortable.

I would dearly love for the company to consider designing and making some folding crutches for travel… the ones I have from Amazon are a lot lighter and not as chunky as even the hospital ones.

Dealing with the company has been a smooth process and delivery was swift. All in all I am extremely satisfied with my crutches and I feel very safe using them…

I had already purchased one walking stick and decided to treat myself to a Silver Glitter Stick, unfortunately, it developed a problem so I contacted Customer Service and without any fuss they agreed to replace it and make arrangements for faulty one to be collected from my home, this was all done within 7 days. Thank you, brilliant product and after sales service, 10/10!

Please please don’t buy one of these, filter the reviews and look at the one star reviews and they seem to be the same issue! Firstly it is extremely hard to adjust the height and take the clip off, the cuff of the crutch causes horrible bruising, which has never happened in all the years using a standard crutch, I contacted the company and their solution was for me to buy the padding the sell at nearly £28! I shouldn’t have to do this, the pattern is a cheap sticker suck on, it won’t last and when you extend the crutch it just black at the bottom with no pattern. So over priced and not fit for purpose and customer service is appalling, they are just money grabbers and preying on vulnerable people

Arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the crutches, well made, love the accessories and love the purple colour. Nothing to dislike.😊😊
