I was looking for a home air-conditioning unit. I came across Cool Easy on my research results. I left a voice mail on there customer service voice mail. I got a call back from Euan and he spent almost 1 hour talk to me about the options for home air con. I live on a council flat so portal air conditioning was the only option for me. Euan was patient and very helpful with explaining all the products. I needed my time to research the options. I decided on the Lux Air Portable Air Conditioning Heat Pump - 3.5kW (12000 Btu).

I had it arrived to day and it was set up with in about 40 minutes by the time I put the hose together, and placed on the window mesh cover. Euan is a lovely staff member. I sent him an email with how I setup my Air conditioning unit and asked how to setup the water hose. Euen sent me an email with the guide. Grate customer service and very happy with the product. As I have Autism and Adhd I get very hot when sleeping and the air conditioning is key plus the summer will be here in a few months.

I had a couple of problems with the order and CoolEasy did not hesitate to resolve the problem quickly and at no cost to myself. Fantastic and responsive service. I would highly recommend them as a supplier since this is always one of your biggest concerns - what happens if things don't go to plan.

I purchased a midea split system from Cool Easy, it speaks for its self its dead easy to install. I had a minor issue with the connecting pipes which was no fault of Cool Easy, it was how the connectors were sent, they were on the case with lightning speed, Dan the Cool Easy engineer was at my place the next day with the correct parts. Now thats what i call service..

I haven't even finished the install yet but I felt I had to post a review to say how awesome my experience has been with them so far. I initially sent an online chat question about whether the fitted units could be re-gassed and Neil instantly phoned to answer me and then told me all the things I needed to know, he then advised which was the best one for me (which was the one I had already chosen). There was no attempt to sell me anything while on the phone and I ordered online later that day. Delivery was super quick by Danny who then went above and beyond to explain the installation process to me. I think it would have taken me a hell of a lot longer to do what I have done so far without his help, awesome guy. It's so rare to see customer support like this these days and I must congratulate you. Once I have installed my fused switch and connected the piping I will update this review with how the unit performs also. Brilliant job guys.

Excellent service and tech support from Chris. Made specifying and purchasing the unit straightforward and quick. System delivered next day as agreed. The system took me approximately two days to fully install and commission, which isn't bad going for one person. My only gripe is that the control cable fitted to the evaporator unit needed extending by 700mm as it is actually shorter than the combined length of the evaporator pipes and supplied connection pipes. Apart from that, the system is efficient and very quiet. 10/10

I decided to order from Cooleasy because they had a range of different brands to choose from and the prices were reasonable. They were also honest - another website showed they had a unit in stock, but when I messaged them, they didn't and weren't expecting it for a while... I ordered a DolceClima Compact 8 portable unit and received it the next day - which I was sooooo grateful for! I needed to call Cooleasy and half expected to be in queue for an hour... but got through straight away. Spoke to Jonathan a couple of times and found him friendly and helpful. I've already recommended Cooleasy to a couple of friends looking for AirCon units and, if we decide to get another unit for downstairs, we'll get it from here.

Cooleasy is the only company i could find who would sell to end users, as i had particular requirements for my split AC Unit. The chaps on the phone were not only friendly (and return your calls) but they know your order by name. I was pleasantly surprised when i called to check on the delivery date (my engineer was coming on the weekend), they knew me by name, they also ensured my delivery would arrive by the end of the week, which it did. Now thats what you call customer service!! I will be using cooleasy again when we are ready to purchase a multi split AC unit.

For me personally it was easy to browse the site for a unit suitable for me, ordering the unit and delivery were swift as well. I haven't had any issues at all with my purchase and if I ever had to consider getting another, CoolEasy is the first place I'd visit.

Neil sorted out the parts I wanted from LG which are rare in the uk and was very helpful in informing me about various technical details about my LG heatpump which I had not been able to find on the Internet. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful and I cannot recommend them enough. Stephen

Easy to order online and when I have phoned for assistance the staff are always really helpful and if they don't know the answer they will find someone who does. They arranged for the delivery to arrive on a day that I would be in to receive it.

A fairly recent installation of mini split air con units was made easier with the help of CoolEasy. The parts I ordered were delivered quickly and at good prices. I Highly recommend this company.

We bought a Comfee CFE-25/AF09 split air conditioning system from Cooleasy for a log cabin that was difficult to heat. Delivery was fast, well packaged, and exactly as promised with clear tracking.
Installation was straightforward and took around two hours as a DIY job. When I had a quick query during installation, Cooleasy responded almost immediately and were very helpful.
The unit is extremely quiet, easy to control, and the optional WiFi adapter is very useful. Within a day it completely eliminated damp and now keeps the cabin at a comfortable, stable temperature.
Excellent product and excellent service — easily one of the best purchases we’ve made. Highly recommended.

I bought an air coditioner/heat pump unit, very fast drlivery snd very compeditive price. Unfortunatly a fault devoloped and the german manufacturers would not deal with me and told me to contact my supplier. This i did and cooleasy handked the claim and within a short time a new unit was sent from the factory. I cannot praise them enough

I was a little apprehensive about ordering from this company as I had not heard of them before. I hit the bullet and ordered 2 electric heaters from them mainly due t o the fact that they were offering the best price online. The heaters arrived very quickly, well packed and exactly as described. I am very happy with the heaters and would recommend you give them a try.
