Quick delivery and some good advice via the phone on a wine fridge for our kitchen. The fridge looks great in our kitchen and the delivery men were also helpful giving advice on the fridge.

Website said they had 2 in stock. I bought one. 24 hours later I hadn’t heard anything about delivery. Website said 1 in stock. 30 hours later email to say out of stock. They are trying to sort it out but it is disappointing

Informative and easy to navigate web site and payment system. Good information about order and tracking. Speedy delivery of two days. I would use the company to buy more products

Sarah was always helpful and responded quickly to my emails. Delivery was on time and painless. All packaging removed and the wine cooler was set us and balanced on the floor for me.

Excellent! My first interaction with this company and couldn't be more impressed. I bought a Nez du Vin - the price was already the best on the market, add (or deduct ;) 10 % as an intro offer and free delivery. Order placed online mid evening, I was notified by UPS tracking that same evening that a package was due and a very, very carefully packaged parcel arrived the day after next (given the time I placed the order, in effect next day delivery).

Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase of the Dunavox 32-bottle built-in wine cooler and the service provided to us by Sarah and the team at Coolersomm. The fridge is excellent - it is easy to operate and set its controls, it fits perfectly in our new kitchen and it compliments our kitchen and other appliances.

The delivery of the fridge itself was a bit of a challenge. We live in a rural location and the delivery company used by Coolersomm refused to deliver to our home address, because it is on a narrow country road, which was quite frustrating as we have received deliveries on vehicles as large as Ar-Tics in the past without any issue... So other buyers in similar circumstances might wish to check this aspect before ordering.

The customer service I received from Coolersomm, from initial enquiry through to delivery was exceptional. They were able to understand what I thought I wanted and then make suggestions of wine coolers that would suit my needs best from their broad range of premium product lines. Ultimately I landed on a Swisscave and it's a beauty. Delivery was quick and the courier company communicated ahead of time everything that was needed and were even able to accommodate a tricky diary my end; the two delivery guys were polite and professional. There will no doubt be further purchases in the future and I will be back, thank you to the Coolersomm team.
