Very attractive price and fridge - delivered quickly - friendly staff

We didn't have any idea about single zones or dual zones or ventillation or UV protected doors until we spoke to the team at Coolersomm who advised us about the best type of wine fridge for a garage. What seemed very complicated became simple with the time and advice given to us by Sarah and the live chat team.

Delivery time frame given of a 3 hour window, the team were on time, installed the wine fridge and were careful around our home (and our dogs!). We're very happy with our La Sommeliere wine fridge.

We were unsure about wine fridges, how they worked and the noise levels they would make. We were helped by their team on the phone and in store to choose the right brand for us, delivery was two days later - all installed for free. Looks great.

I had a problem stacking Burgundy & Riesling bottles in my Liebherr Vinotek. A visit to Coolersomm gave me some great advice. The addition of another shelf and how best to arrange the bottles has fixed the problem.

EMILY on the chat service steered us away from a wine fridge that would not have worked for us (we wanted to put a freestanding unit in a kitchen gap) and found a better suited unit for us quickly that was the same price.

Delivery was done in two days by panther who put the fridge into the kitchen and took away the rubbish. IT looks good, quiet and stylish

Top class customer service. We had a remote delivery and only available on one day of the week, Coolersomm made it easy with updates on the day and an hour before from the delivery team.

The wine fridges look really good. We got the door reversed on one of them and they now open from the middle. Best prices online too, we searched for weeks and couldn’t find lower

I ordered a wine cooler, it arrived and there were issues with the cooler, I contacted Sarah Newton who helped in sorting an alternative wine cooler and liaised with the manufacture in getting the original wine cooler collected and my money refunded.

Fantastic service from Sarah Newton at Coolersomm. I was trying to source a particular corkscrew which was showing as out of stock on the website. Another company I'd asked for said corkscrew couldn't sell directly to me so sent the unit to Sarah who posted literally the same day. Received the item (which makes a perfect Christmas present) the very next day. Great response times on emails too. Thank you!
