I ordered a plaque with a saying on it for my husband. The words on the plaque were words my husband and I had been saying to each other for the past few month. What a pleasure and surprise to see those exact words in print. These were not your normal saying but something from our hearts as we were high school sweethearts and married right out of school.

Ordered two shirts. They were supposed to have been shipped last week, they still have not been. Needed these for a special occasion and according to their site they would have been here on time, however now they will not make it.

User friendly website. They always sent constant order updates which was great. The process was simple and the customer service was great! I would definitely order from coolfamilytee again!

In Jan 2021 I ordered a pillow case. It wasn't until I received it that I realized it had a misspelled word. I put in a request for a return or exchange and all they did was credit me $8.06 on a order of $32.25. Nothing said other than they were going to credit my account. Here I'm thinking they're going to credit the whole amount, little to my surprise, that was all I got. I will not be doing business with you again and will make sure I put the word out on my experience. I feel this could have been handled better. Very unsatisfied customer!! I ended up having to have a friend fix it for me, since it was bought as a gift.
