The system works great. My only issue is that the gasket on the CO2 fill adapter fails very quickly. It’s a pain to keep changing them out

Buying on this site has been really satisfying I have been very surprised by its high efficiency in customer service in particular with Bonie Walker who solved all my doubts, the product is perfect works well and my scoring and handling improves. I RECOMMEND IT.

This may be a product for other people. But in my experience , I did not like this product at all. The staff was very kind , respectful and helpful about my return. Unfortunately, I still lost out on money due to them.Not being able to accept the c02 bottle I purchased from them.

Great product with wide range of models. Suitable for our training programmes. Really glad to find this in the market. Excellent support with parts. We are also keen to become the sole distributor if given the opportunity.

Overall a positive experience. I have recommended CF to others. However (not deal breakers),
1. I was disappointed that the striker tips are not lasting the video claim of "3-500 shots". For me, slightly less than 200 shots w/G17. Note: I use the recommended Cosori warmer; and,
2. Having no prior experience with CO2 I was unaware that the fill devices are cylinder specific. A highlighted "NOTE" would have been helpful.

I have purchased both the AR-15 sidekick and a traditional pistol coolfire. This system is awesome. The stimulus gained from actual recoil can't be replicated in normal dryfire and forces you to have to focus on grip. This is an awesome product and adds another dimension to dryfire that makes it a lot of fun! Also the customer service is top notch. I always receive a reply with 24 hours and they go above and beyond to help me with product support and replacement for items that need replacing. Honestly, this product support is probably the best thing about the product. There is nothing like having a good interaction between a human instead of having to work through bots or predetermined responses.

A real PITA to use. Prohibits the use of angled iron sights on an AR15. Also will only work with 223/556 barrels. The Mantis Blackbeard is more user friendly and will work with different calibers.

The Coolfire Sidekick I received is a great training aid. The only real issue is that I wish it had come with a complete set of instructions. I had to turn to YouTube to learn how to correctly set everything up. I also would like to see a green laser used as the red laser does not go far enough out to be recorded. Other than that the system worked great and I have not had any issues.

You will be hard pressed to find a company with better Customer Service than CoolFire Trainer. I am so impressed with their customer service team. Very quick to answer any questions, solve maintenance or repair issues, and ship replacement parts when needed. I can’t say enough good things about CoolFire Trainer - quality product & quality customer service.

They recognized a gap in their product and gave a full refund.

I have had more fun with my AR-15 I have never fired a live round through it yet but now I can at least sight it in and have fun playing in my yard from different distances and will be buying more of your devices for my other guns as soon as my sister who owns a sporting goods store and is my FFL licensed person can start stocking your product in her store I know I can buy from you but I want to make sure my sister makes the money off the sales so I will wait until she is set up to do that but thank you for building the product that I'm using now I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would

They were friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the product and not pushy to purchase. I love the coolfire trainer at home. And I save on ammo and traveling to the range.

Its cool and has good recoil, but the low level charge of the standard kit is almost useless...I only get 6 to 7 shots per charge, not even enough to simulate a full mag. I waited a long time to get this and ultimately should have bought a mantis titan instead
