Nice location, great bedroom and bathroom for me. More student or short status of living apartments. Clean and professional - overall recommend if you need a short stay with nice people who are also exploring Lisbon :)

Great stay and amazing communication with the host. I can only reccomend to stay in their accomodations. Filipe always available to help.

I found the apartment in Saldanha by a coincidence, and was only planning on staying a couple of days. I ended up staying several weeks and loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Even with 6 bedrooms, I still felt like I had my own space. The roomies were amazing, and will continue to be my friends after the stay. Plus for several bathrooms and a big kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the staff is very helpful. Filipe has been helping out with anything and everything, which has made my experience with coolivin even better. I’m very appreciative of the time in the coolivin apartment and would 10/10 recommend others to stay with them when in Lisbon.

Très bon appartement, très bien situé. Toutes les lignes de métro sont proches, le centre-ville est donc accessible rapidement.
L'appartement est propre et nettoyé toutes les semaines.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable.

Seul bémol : Lisbonne est une ville en travaux. Il faut impérativement demander au propriétaire s'il y a des travaux dans les alentours, auxquels cas chaque matin peut-être très sonore.

I found the Saldanha apartment through a Facebook forum and once Filipe got in touch with me it was smooth sailing from there. I moved over to Lisbon for 2 months to continue my studies online while being able to live it up in the sun. Filipe’s apartment was beyond perfect & reasonably priced. The rooms are decked out with everything you need, the apartment is fully equipped and spacious! A cleaner came once a week to clean all common areas which was a huge plus. I was able to meet some really cool roommates yet have my own private space. I would recommend Coolivin to everyone that travelled to Lisbon whether it’s short term or long term. Filipe replied promptly to any queries or questions I had! A huge thank you to Filipe and Coolivin for adding to my Lisbon experience.

Very new, cosy and modern apartment and rooms. Cleaning and everything about apartment was very professional. You can always find someone to help you with your problems or demands.

Filipe Miguel is a great host and the place is very nice. I really appreciated it !

Mon expérience avec Coolivin a été absolument parfaite:
- l'appartement dans lequel j'ai logé était parfaitement propre, meublé avec goût et totalement équipé.
- l'équipe de Coolivin a été très arrangeante (sur les dates de la location, la remise des clefs etc.) et très réactive dès qu'il y avait la moindre question ou le moindre souci.
Je recommande à 200% cette entreprise !

Amazing management of the apartment, Filipe is a great guy, always helpful, considerate and understanding. You can't ask for more. He also joined us for some padel tennis! Highly recommended and a great place to live!

My gf and I were super fortunate to have found Coolivin. Especially after past bad experiences with finding apartment by ourselves

We stayed for a few months at the Carcavelos apartment, conveniently located between Oeiras and Carcavelos train stations and a 25-minute walk to the beach.
Our roommates were super friendly, quiet and helpful. Every time we reported something to the property manager, Filipe, he’d make sure to fix it straight away and never troubled us.

Overall, our experience was more than excellent and for sure we’d stay at one of Coolivin’s spaces if we ever come back to Lisbon!

I spent 5 months in Lisbon for my Erasmus, and finding accommodation where you can feel "at home" is not easy. But I was lucky enough to be able to rely on the Coolivin team to find the accommodation that suited me best, where I could feel at home. Their attention, professionalism and good mood allowed me to live an unforgettable experience in this beautiful country. Thank you for everything!
