We used Cooper and Gracie’s Itchy Dog Shampoo containing Dead Sea salt and mud.

The packaging looks great, very bright and clean.

What we noticed first was the shampoos delicious smell which lasted on Molly’s fur for ages and how soft it made her.

I feel like it made grooming her easier too.

We love this product and will keep using it on Molly.

I like the shampoo, but find it odd that the full ingredients are not listed.

Lovely scent ! The dry shampoo is perfect for my dog who hates water/rain anything wet!
Customer service is excellent. They’re so quick and polite when answering enquires.

My dog suffers from food allergies and dermatitis and this shampoo helps her a lot when her dermatitis gets worse

My Tibetan Terrier has suffered with ‘seasonal allergies ‘ (according to the vet) and we have spent a fortune on ineffective treatments for her. I was recommended the Cooper and Grace products through our groomer. She is continually biting and scratching, panting all the time and unable to settle. She is awake throughout the night, gnawing and frantically scratching.
I honestly couldn’t believe how fantastic how within a few hours of spraying her with Anti-bac skin spray she had calmed down. Her back was no longer hot to the touch and she had stopped panting. She is sleeping deeply at the moment and I am looking forward to a full nights sleep for the first time in months. I recommend this product to anyone who is struggling to find something that work!

There are so many puppy shampoos out there but I liked the fact that this is all natural ingredients. What fantastic products! their coats were so shiny and looked really smart.

They have a massive selection of toys and treats, everything you need really and if they don’t have it in stock they will do their best to get it for you. Trust me, you won't regret it.

After 1st order, received an email with a discount code for my next purchase (as long as it was within 2 weeks). Visited website and put some things in my basket, but could not find anywhere to apply the code. Asked Chatbot, still waiting for a reply from that. Had an email from them asking why I hadn’t completed my order, replied asking them how I apply the discount code they sent me. No reply. Poor customer service. Has put me off visiting their website again.

I'm thrilled with the dog shampoo I bought from this store. It truly transformed my pet's fur, making it wonderfully soft, glossy, and beautifully fragrant. I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Brought the flea shampoo as the reviews were really good on here, didn’t actually think the flea’s would rise to the top and die straight away as a lot of people said but it really did! I will honestly not ever use any other shampoo for my dog now. Before this I accidentally ordered the wrong shampoo after sending a quick email they replied the same day and sent the one I wanted out straight away and got it 2 days later. The shampoo is 10/10 and the customer service is 10/10 too. Very very happy.

Tried this for our Cocker Spaniel who’d had a bad time at the vets. As a wary dog over the clippers when I groom him he had a freak out at the vets & ended up with clipper burn & suffered some anxiety. Had to reintroduce the clippers to him gradually but as he was desperate for a groom decided to try the Hemp oil. Helped calm him although still a bit stressed but would never have groomed him without using it. Just going to use from now on when he needs a groom.
Had Cooper & Gracie products in the past for our old dog which were always good.

I only use natural products on my dogs and have purchased the tick/flea spray for dogs before and it really worked, no ticks on any of the dogs and they dont mind being sprayed as the product doesn't have a very strong smell. It works by stopping ticks/fleas even getting on the dogs as the smell keeps them away! I was restocking and discovered there is now Household Pet clense spray with the same ingredients which cleans surfaces and can also be sprayed on their bedding. Perfect as I board Vizslas and need to clean their bedding after each dog leaves. I will be looking out for the larger size once it's restocked and will 100% be recommending to other dog owners
