Does not refund postage

Unfortunately the item I bought turned out not to be suitable, which is a shame. What I didn’t expect was to have to pay for delivery (not an issue) pay to return (again not an issue) but then to have the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. Total postage cost me nearly £15, a costly mistake.

Awful experience - terrible customer service

Awful experience - recommend avoiding.

I ordered a dog bed with curtains (elaborate I know) in Mid January 2025. I was told at the time the curtains were not available until March, but the bed would be shipped without them in the meantime - seems fair!

Now at the end of August 2025 I still have not received the curtains - despite various promises of different dates (btw the customer service was awful and had to be chased a number of times before responding) and promises of partial refunds that never came.

Avoid!

To clarify, our products are shipped directly from our supplier, and throughout this process, we’ve been advised of various dates when new stock would be available. We understand how disappointing it is when these timelines shift, and we’ve tried to keep you updated each time we received new information.

As of this morning, we’ve processed a full refund for the curtains, the remaining part of your order, as agreed. When the curtains are finally available, we’ll still send them to you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.

We also want to acknowledge your feedback about our communication. We did offer a partial refund earlier, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response from you at the time. We realize we could have done more to keep you in the loop, and we’re actively working on improving our customer service.

As a small business, we truly appreciate your patience and support, and we’re committed to doing better. To prevent similar issues, we no longer offer customers the option to wait for stock if it’s unavailable.

I still haven't received the purchase…

I still haven't received the purchase yet. I checked with the tracker and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then Monday and now the tracker states that it will be delivered today

As a small team, we work hard to ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Your order was placed on a bank holiday, so it was processed on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. For deliveries to Ireland, we advise allowing up to 5 working days. Taking the bank holiday into account, it seems the courier is slightly outside this timeframe, with today being the 6th day.

We’ve checked the tracker, and it now shows your order is scheduled for delivery today. We truly hope it arrives without any further delays. While courier schedules are beyond our control, please know we’re always here to assist in any way we can.

No customer service

Wrong size and colour of bed delivered.

Pet Prestige did not respond to multiple emails, Instagram message, Facebook message, website form message. Phone number on the website doesn't work. It's been almost three weeks with still no response from them. Eventually I contacted their supplier directly, who arranged a return collection and (hopefully) a refund.

Mistakes with products happen, but it shouldn't be this hard to contact a company to get it sorted.

Forever Bed

Unfortunately they were out of stock of the dog bed I wanted and ordered, however I received a polite TXT message to explain this and offer either an alternative or a refund.
The alternative was offered accepted and delivered for the same cost as the original ( which meant it was discounted)
It’s a great quality very sturdy dog bed. And the first bed my Charlie has not been able to drag around as though its a toy, and he has ( so far) made no attempt at ripping it apart, if I didn’t know better I would say he recognised that this was his forever bed, he is choosing it at the moment over his usual spot on the couch, so it must be good.

large is very large …

We purchased the large for our basset hound (artisan Normand variety) and it is huge … think the medium would have been perfect in hindsight.

Luxurious dog bed!

The delivery was fast from order to delivery! The quality of the bed is excellent! some might say pricey but you get what you pay for, and a fantastic dog bed it is.
