Cooper and Tanner Wells, for me, Simply The Best.
What a special bunch of people that make up this little office.
From start to finish, nothing is too much trouble, always courteous and they get the job done.
With Sam at the helm and Lorraine steering through the choppy waters, rest assured you are in safe hands.
Every call and every email responded to, being kept in the loop is so important and something this office do incredibly well.
A special thank you Lorraine, I’d go as far as saying, the best in your field.
Would I use again, absolutely.
Would I recommend, without shadow of a doubt.

We bought a property with which cooper n Tanner was the agents in Glastonbury. We found them to be excellent in helping the sale process after having difficulties with the sale our end. I believe Hayley Mortimer actually saved the collapse of the chain due to our own estate agents being to be honest absolutely rubbish. There fore we would highly recommend them as I feel they went above and beyond making the sale work and easing our frayed nerves at a difficult time.

Thank you to Mia in particular at the Frome branch for the excellent service, despite the challenge of selling in the context of probate. We knew from the first meeting that we were in safe hands and we received excellent practical help. Best wishes, Kathleen and Greg

In viewing a property in Wedmore this week, we were shocked to be made to feel like thieves! I won't name names, but being told that we must stay together so that the agent could keep an eye on us, was absolutely insulting, and then passing it off as 'company policy', was clearly not true, as we'd viewed other properties through the same agent, albeit different branches, on the same day, and hadn't been made to feel that we were being watched, or told to 'keep together' at all. I have made a complaint to the Director of Residential Sales about this, but wanted others to be aware that this is how this particular agent from the Wedmore office, views prospective purchasers, even when you're planning on spending hundreds of thousands of pounds! I've also discovered, while writing this review, that not only were we treated like vagrants (perhaps because we arrived in our VERY expensive motorhome), but were also denied the opportunity to view a new property which would have suited our requirements to the letter, by this same person, who obviously didn't want people like 'us', invading her village!

I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team at Cooper & Tanner, Frome. Throughout the entire process of selling my mother's home they were, without exception, professional, efficient and provided most valuable advice. They closely monitored progress, followed up promptly and kept in touch frequently. They also demonstrated kindness and sensitivity which was very much appreciated. I would definitely highly recommend Adam and his team.

Really excellent service, especially from Sam when I bought my cottage - and now in getting advice on selling it, the advice has been just as thorough and carefully considered. Thoroughly recommend.

What should have been a relatively simple move turned into a complex and long drawn out process during which time we lost our buyer but Cooper & Tanner found us another within days. As we were buying a new build things were much more complicated than we anticipated. Adam Scott and his staff were absolutely superb with Adam giving up his leisure time to guide us through the process and everything came out well in the end. Can't praise them highly enough. Be careful with this, they put pictures and descriptions on saleroom and after sale told me why i didn't look at estimations.

Cooper and Tanner sold our house in Bath Road, Frome recently.

Throughout the whole process they were consummately professional, honest, friendly, informative and supportive. They answered all our questions promptly and communicated extremely well between us, our purchasers and when necessary our solicitor.

A huge thank you to Adam, Shelly, Fraser, and all the staff in the Frome office. They are certainly the best Estate Agent in Frome by far. We’d always choose Cooper and Tanner - heads and shoulders above the others!

We recently purchased a property in Frome that was offered via the local office. Shelly and Adam handled the transaction, and both were friendly and very efficient. We needed to contact the vendors quite a few times with queries, and Shelly handled that on each occasion quickly and with zero fuss. It seems that the vendors were pleased with the service, too, as they also appear to have left a 5 star review!

I want to truly acknowledge Adam Scott - rarely do we discover such a professional, authentic, incredibly helpful man. Adam is exceptionally good at what he does, is really helpful, honest person. I could not recommend him high enough from our experience of working with him on two occasions. I wanted to let others know that from our experience Adam is truly first rate.
