TOTAL SCAM! Do not order from this company! Saw ads for quilted laundry baskets on one of my games on my phone. Items were never delivered, despite them stating that it was.

Huge scam! I placed an order in September and as of date have not received a thing from them except lies and the run around. They continue to say my items were delivered. I filed a complaint with the post office and the USPS has no record from anything from this company that was delivered. $50 wasted and headaches trying to get my bank to do a chargeback. Do not order anything from this fake company.

First, their track shipment never worked. Second, I contacted them several times (7?) and was assured the items were in transit, then delayed, still delayed, etc. Third, after 6 weeks, on my final attempt to get the status and to request a refund, they informed me that the items were delivered (but never showed me any proof of delivery). This company is a total SCAM!! Buyer beware!!

Negative 5 stars. A month after I placed my order 17Track said it was delivered- it was not. They are ignoring my emails. I'm going to have to let my credit card company deal with them. This site is a scam- DO NOT order anything from them you'll just be giving your money away.

And I still haven’t received package. I was told they will refund money back to my account but nothing happened yet keep saying that they have no money. This is scam!!!

Zero stars. Do not purchase from this company. I ordered the quilted laundry baskets as gifts for a total of $46. Tracking information states the order was delivered but was not. I emailed two times inquiring about my order with no response from Coraliev. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!!

Never received my order even though delivery tracker indicates it was delivered. Coraliev customer service emails were polite, but couldn't locate my order. After 45 days of unresolved emails/no delivery I disputed the charge with AmEx and was given credit for the charge. Would NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this vendor, even though their products look adorable and are inexpensive. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering - learned my lesson.

NO STARS. Ads kept popping up on my IPad game. Items were priced ”too good to be true”, (like Temu, which I’ve had good luck with), order was “in transit” over 1 month, tracking company 17Track is a scam that won’t respond to you without giving them your credit card info (DON’T!!!), after 3 emails to Coraleiv, tracking status changed to “delivered” - it was NOT delivered. Coraleiv stopped responding to my refund request - email only, no phone #. My credit card was compromised during this with fraudulent charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CORALEIV.

I ordered from this company and not only did my package not get delivered, they wouldn’t give me a refund!!!! Don’t waste you time or money with this company

Never received my order, even though they show delivered. They advised it was reshipped, but gave me the same tracking number. I have requested a refund, we'll see what happens now.

Beware! I ordered several woven laundry baskets that looked beautiful. I was never given a delivery date. After almost a month I emailed them, (no phone number given). They answered and said be patient, it should be 3-4 more days. After a week, they said it showed delivered and to check with neighbors & friends, & that sometimes it’s not always delivered to your address. Very disappointed, no offer to help. Am refuting to get my money back!

Took my money and never delivered the goods. After lots of emails to them, they are now ignoring me. Do not use them

I ordered eight women's tops on Sept 29. I received a confirmation a couple of days later. One day after that I received a Shipping Update with a tracking number. I tracked that order every day.
On October 21, I sent the "support" email a message that it had been 24 days since ship, and 3 days where it was noted "out for delivery". I told them that if I did not receive merchandise by/on Oct 24, I would be disputing the charge on my credit card. No reponse. On Oct 23rd, the tracking status was changed to "delivered". I searched all over and couldn't find a package
I sent another email that same day (Oct 23) and told them I did not receive merchandise and would be disputing the charge on Oct 24. The morning of Oct 24, they finally responded and said it might have been left with a neighbor (?). But I don't have neighbors - and there was no proof of delivery provided. I suspect the shipping status has been manually manipulated all along.
I have filed reports about this fraudulent site, and disputed the charge on my credit card.

This site is a scam. Never received my order and when contacted they said my order was still in transit. After getting an email stating it was delivered. BEWARE!!!!

Ordered on 9/26 and received tracking # next day. I contacted the company on Oct 8th, 15th, 16th and lastly on the 22nd just trying to find out which carrier was supposed to deliver the package because tracking showed it in my town since Oct 2nd. I just kept getting generic replies to "wait longer", but hey never would tell me who was delivering it. On Oct 20th, tracking showed it out for delivery. On the 22nd, it was still out for delivery so I contacted them again- no reply. Today, the 23rd, I checked the tracking at 6am and it said it was delivered today at 8:22am my local time. How is it possible to be delivered at a time that hasn't happened yet? Needless to say, I have no package. I disputed the charge with my bank.

I ordered some bags for washing 50 days ago. Not delivered. Have had some email correspondence but now no answers. Gave false tracing number. Complete rip off.

Zero stars for this company. Products pictured look great but shipping info is fake and indecipherable. Didn't receive the products ordered but they claim it was delivered. I have asked for shipping tracking information but received nothing.
