Good place to look for perm positions - you can search and be searched by employers without intermediaries.

It would be interesting to explore the possibility of searching or filtering by job type or contract type/duration: fix term/perm vs temporary/short term.

Direct conversation with companies. Very intuitive UI. Easy to follow conversations running with companies. Hope it can be made use in European continent too.

Cord used to be a great place to find jobs with medium sized companies and scaleups. I like their various attributes and filters for finding the right job. It would be great if they expanded for freelance / contract positions.

Cord is way much better than other platforms.

The job posts have clear structure,
and give as many important notes as possible about the role, company, and the interview stages. Everything you need is under one page. (Company Website, social profiles, contact points etc)

You can even directly chat with the job poster like yous re talking over WhatsApp which speed things up remarkably.

If you are on the IT/TECH market, I'd recommend you to give it a go by all means for your job searching.

Cord is a really usable site for job hunting that puts you directly with the internal recruiters. This means when you are interviewing with a company you are not dealing with a third party and it makes the process much easier to deal with

The first time I used cord in 2021 I had an excellent response resulting in work in an an interesting area. When I came back to the market in 2023 cord was not so dynamic and the interest has been much lower. I am not sure if it is the market or the platform,

Awesome platform for speaking directly to tech firms, and have firms find you. Was able to sift through companies to find firms that were interested in my skillset and experience, to make finding a job more efficient. Variety of industries and firms.
More specific and job focussed than Linkedin in my opinion. Well worth using if you're currently in the market for a tech job.

Cord is a very nifty platform for finding roles based on multiple filters for searches such as visa, salary, role, remote friendly etc. For me, I’ve received a number of interview requests through cord and I recommend it to my circle. The recruiters/hiring team that cord selects are very responsive and give useful feedback so that’s always a plus point.

I love the messaging system as well as the templates you can do. The UI itself is smooth and just good.
The job search is also easy and reliable.
The only thing I would add is to maybe group the jobs for the same company, having the most relevant ones first.

Probably the only platform where you quickly get connected to the right people. It gives you a lot of information on the companies and the people in charge of hiring (including stats on their reply rate, how many requests they've got open). Amazing platform

Certainly a good platform. I managed to secure a good offer a couple of years back. Being back in the market now, I’ll have to see how it’s evolved: it’s 3 stars for now as I haven’t had much luck so far.
The concept of getting directly connected with recruiting managers is certainly interesting.

On a whole it's good, but also I keep getting replies from recruiters saying my experience is too junior and I don't have the skills there requested on my profile, which is not the case. I've explicitly listed the skills they're looking for on my profile, and I've been a developer for 10+ years. So i guess the issue either is...recruiters aren't reading my profile, or recruiters are being served the wrong profile by the platform.

Number of opportunities are low compared to other platforms such as LinkedIn
