Don't purchase direct from Cosatto, paid €139 for a car seat that I saw on Very for €96 the day it arrived, I would have saved myself €43 by purchasing from a different website!

I was not informed that the order was being delivered until I received a message from DPD that morning, no email was sent from Cosatto to say it had been shipped. We also did not receive our footmuff which should have been included in our wow xl package and are waiting to hear back on that.

We Just Purchased cosatto woosh Trail few days ago and we are totally disappointed when it was opened.we are totally upset with the material quality and it’s not worth the price.

We would like to return this item and get the full refund as early as possible since we haven’t used the stroller even.

The main reason we are talking this here is the customer service is not even responding and the customer service numbers are not responding as well.

We would strongly not recommend this product to anyone!

We purchased the Cosatto Whoosh 3 stroller for our son around six months ago with high hopes, but unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of the issues we've encountered:

1. Detached Foam Handles: The foam handles on the stroller have completely detached from the bar, making them move freely. This is not only annoying but also affects the overall functionality of the stroller.

2. Unreliable Wheel Locking Mechanism: The stroller's wheels have a strange locking mechanism that sometimes locks on their own, causing steering problems and making it quite a workout to maneuver.

3. Flawed Seat Recline Strap: The strap for adjusting the seat's recline is poorly designed. It uses a clip that frequently gets stuck, leading to frustration. Moreover, adjusting the strap with the child in the stroller is nearly impossible, which is impractical and inconvenient.

4. Inadequate Footmuff Design: We also purchased the matching footmuff for the stroller to combat the cold weather. However, it disappointingly hangs over the back of the stroller with no means of attachment. The provided Velcro straps cannot adhere to the plastic backside of the stroller, rendering the footmuff useless.

When we reached out to Cosatto's customer support regarding these issues, their response was less than satisfactory. They recommended a YouTube clip for fixing a known design flaw and suggested adjusting the seat only when the child is not in it, which is impractical in real-life scenarios. To their credit they did send us out a replacement wheel to help with the wheel issue but it is still hard to manoeuvre.

Considering the numerous problems we've encountered and the lackluster response from Cosatto's support, we regret our purchase and cannot recommend Cosatto products to others. This experience has left us dissatisfied with the quality and design of their products, and we won't be purchasing from Cosatto in the future.

Edit: In response to Cosatto customer service. Yes you did offer to have it sent back to have it fixed but what are we supposed to do in the meantime? We made it clear that we could not be without the stroller even for a few days so this would not work. In all honesty a refund would be the only course of remediation so that we could purchase a new one before sending the other back.

The most amazing products and always have good items on sale. I have purchased a car seat, stroller, double pram and single pram from cosatto so far and loved them all. Always quick delivery too. Would highly recommend cosatto products. The designs are super cute too so always a bonus 😊

Fabulous product. Unreal quality so sturdy. Beautiful fabric. So happy with it and can't wait to start wheeling little one around in it

I’m really happy with this car seat so far. It’s very easy to use, I love that it rotates so it’s very easy to get my baby in and out. She seams very comfortable in it also. It was easy to set up. The only thing I find is that the buckle can be a bit awkward to close. If I was starting again I’d get this from birth as it’s more convenient than the models that lift out.

First and not least, it the only one pram that hold up to 25 ( googled out all could find ) and gives 4 years of guarantee that no where else is seen in other buggies.
Pram is light, very sturdy, easy folding and mostly comfortable for child. I had a previous pram, and it got just extremely better with extras added.
Delivery been next day, price is exceptional and you get the quality!

Amazing car seat ! This was just what I was looking for ! Cosatto was able to provide me with a birth to 150cm child car seat ! Not only it came really quickly but it was professionally packed, no damage to the seat or the box. Fits perfectly into my car and is easy in use once you get a hang of it!
I am very happy with my purchase and if I ever needed another one I would definitely buy from them and would recommend to anyone to.
