I ordered 3 colognes in 2 separate orders. The first order showed as delivered but there's simply no package to be found. Fine - submitted a tracking trace no problem.

Second order was 2 colognes. Shows as delivered, but only one cologne was in the box. The box was too small to even fit two boxes of the cologne, and the weight is all off!

So in summary, I ordered $1,300 of cologne and received $430 of cologne, while I argue with them about missing product.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I generally do not write company reviews, but this one was especially bad. There was recently a fragrance launch where Cos Bar had an exclusive release. They launched it at the incorrect price and then began cancelling orders. Once that occurred and they realized their error, they raised the price on the website and put the "cancelled" stock back as available. I submitted two more orders after that, at the new price, and then they also cancelled those two orders. They tried to tell me the reason for the first cancellation was due to lack of stock availability, which was a complete lie. This is not an honest business, nor have they returned my call (as their VM states they will within 24 hours)

It's just awful.
I had to return the goods due to certain life problems, but I still haven't received my money, and it's been over a month since I returned the goods.
They ignore me at the post office and on the website, our family urgently needs money for medicine, and the store just ignores us.

Terrible customer service. Despite having a store in town, they do not allow online returns to existing stores. In addition, since my order took way longer than normal to receive, I decided to return it , unopened, when it arrived. They said that they only received one of two items, which is impossible, since it was returned unopened, unless they did not send the two products that I ordered and was charged for in the first place. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy.

Cos Bar is terrible. Do not use them. I ordered a foundation and not only did the shipping take way longer than their competitors -- after my long wait I opened my package to see that they sent me a *completely different product* than what I had ordered.

Be careful. They sell out-of-date products. On 26 Aug, I purchased three Tom Ford Lipstick (number order 00279674), two of them are passed expired date. They show date of manufactured on March and April 2017.
