Please do not use your debit or credit card with this company they will retry your card multiple times a day everyday even when you have ask them to cancel your subscription.

Overall great experience with CosmeticRx! I had questions answered in a timely manner, corrections on billing done with expediency and my shipment arrived quickly!

Placed order on 1/13/26. Have not received the order yet. I'm going to cancel the order all together. If you have the time to wait maybe they are okay to deal with. Recommended by a family member that has not had any problems with the company or product.

I worked with Melissa and she was absolutely a pleasure to interact with! I felt heard and she was careful to go over all of my accounts and how to navigate. I received my order promptly and the packaging was thorough. I'm looking forward to my next order!

I ordered a glp-1 from this company through Groupon and it was prescribed on 01/16. I have contacted the company numerous times, with them lying to me, saying that I'll receive a message from FedEx by Wednesday, my product is being shipped by Wednesday and it will arrive by Thursday or Friday, etc...Never heard anything from FedEx and have not received my medication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! Now going to file a complaint with my bank, Groupon, the BBB, and all over Facebook.

Chelsea made sure my order went through just fine. Messaging on the site does take a few days for response but they will get back to you. Losing weight and feelin great

My whole experience has been great from ordering to the consult to my phone call with Melissa. I'm looking forward to beginning my journey on my GLP-1. I would recommend Cosmetic Rx to my friends.

Do not purchase this Groupon. I was approved for it and paid the extra $30 for 2 day shipping and still haven't received anything. You can only email or message thru ur account there is no real contact info for this company. They take your money and leave u high and dry. I figured Groupon would investigate these companies before listing their products. I am writing a horrible review on everything I can find. I'm also disputing with my bank and Klarna which is what I used to pay for it. You will never get the product so save your money this company is a scam.

UPDATE: 04/09/26.
Since my original review back in late January, after a substantial delay, I finally received my first shipment and was credited the first month's cost of the Semaglutide prescription (after disputing the charge w/ my credit card).

I then received my 2nd & 3rd vial shipments at the thirty day mark, however, I cannot say that the vials actually contained the prescription drug because there was zero effect felt.

I have now cancelled my prescription and will look elsewhere for affordable GLP-1 medication.

I ordered GLP-1 medication from this site a little less than two weeks ago, had my credit card charged Day 1 and still have not received any thing by way of shipping, tracking, or any similiar. Tried to contact "Customer Service" and simply got a response "We are waiting for tracking info from the pharmacy." That status never changed and ultimately they stopped responding altogether.

Do not use this company unless you like paying for something that you will never, ever see. Also note, these other highly rated reviews are FAKES.

This companies customer service is horrible. The only way to contact them is by sending a message on their website or emails. They do not answer either. They have taken money out of my account multiple times in error. This has caused me a lot of problems. Still waiting to get my money back!

I would leave minus 20 stars if I could. DO NOT order from this company. After a month waiting on my order for Latisse and sending many, many messages through the two options on their site, with no response, I am giving up. This company sucks. Pay more from another company, but actually get your order!!! It will be worth saving the frustration!

So far not so good. I ordered thru Groupon. I had never heard of Cosmetic Rex before , but I thought that it was a reputable company. So I place and pay for Semaglutide; it was approved by the Dr. and the Dr. gave it to the pharmacy . Now it says pharmacy will ship overnight WRONG.; This was 01/17. I still do not have it. I emailed and sent 7 text messages. No answer. I finally got an a see on 01/23 they said that there was a problem with my D.O.B. And he would go to the pharmacy straighten it out. I should receive next week. Never again. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER from Cosmetic Rx again.

Do not buy there Groupon deal. Spent $120 on one and after several messages emails never got one call back. Groupon expired. Complete trash company.

I had the best experience ordering through Cosmetic rx. Not only was my order processed and shipped in an extremely timely manner, in top-noth packaging, I also received a king, follow-up phone call. I will highly recommend Cosmetic rx to family and/or friends!

I've had a great experience with Cosmetic RX so far. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and has made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything has been explained clearly, and I'm excited to see my results. I would absolutely recommend Cosmetic RX to anyone looking for a GLP1 provider.
