We tried contacting you on the 22nd and 28th of August through e-mail, but have not received a response from you. :( We always respond within 2 business days, but is seems that something went wrong as I didn't receive your email. I'd like to look further into that issue.
Regarding your order, we saw your order was marked by USPS as delivered at your parcel locker on June 29. Please check your email as we have shared the tracking information for your order there.
Did you check the parcel locker and your order didn't get delivered in the end? Have you tried contacting USPS for details? If you don't know where your parcel locker is, USPS should know where it is, and guide you through it.
Please let me know what USPS tells you, and with that information we can further investigate.

Great service and product

Cute Squishy Nightlights
I bought two squishy nightlights, they arrived in perfect condition. They work as expected and are so cute! I bought them for the children at work for nap time as their cot rooms get very dark, and these fix that problem and the children love them too.

Beautiful and comfortable
The shoes are very good material! At first they were too exact on my feet. I was thinking of returning them because they were not comfortable because of how tight they fit me but with a couple of uses they stretch out and now they are super comfortable. I love to use them all the time. I would have ordered them a size bigger tho. They are beautiful and detailed💕

Very good products and I’m very satisfied with them. It’s all made from the same material so the top rubs against my feet but after a few days of wearing them the shoes adjusted and it doesn’t hurt.
