Exceptional Customer Service. I love Magic Cosmos it is fantastic. I bought a teddy bear jacket and it is so soft and warm. A beautiful site where you can get lovely korean styles at great prices. Give them a look see it's well worth it.

Honestly way better than I thought. I saw the shop on Instagram and of course the first thing you think is that it's really weird and stuff, but the clothes were cute so I thought "What do I have to loose?". The shipping time is long depending on what country you are from, I am from Europe so it did take a while for my order to arrive, but since you are able to track it through out the whole shipping I wasn't to scared about it not arriving. When my order arrived I was really shocked - in a good way - the stuff I order was really good, especially for the piece I paid. I am definitely going to order again!

Everything went well! The hooded fleece jacket with teddybears arrived after a few weeks. Suuuper nice and good looking!! But it was quite small! I’m 172 cm (ca 5’7.7165) above the ground, but the hooded jacket reached to my hip bone. Wish it was more oversized! It would be great to have measurements of the garments in the shop! And maybe what length the models are when showing off the garment. Thanks magic COSMOS St. for a nice purchase!

I have checked your order in detail and would like to share the information I have with you.
As you placed your order on February 10, there were some delays caused by the Lunar New Year, that delayed the processing of orders until February 18, as noticed on our website at the time and in your e-mail confirmation email. It took a while for the country's activity to regularize, as it's a time with a lot of mail orders and gifts (similar to Christmas in the West). There are also delays related to Covid-19, especially in the US where it is severely affecting delivery services.
That being said, your order was shipped on February 27 and was marked as Outbound from the Bloomington facility on March 20 - so it shouldn't take much longer to reach you! ^^
I would like to request you to adjust your Trustpilot review, as both the Lunar New Year and Covid-19 delays are out of our control. We always help out our customers and reply to their inquiries, and whereas we don't have any more information to give you at the moment, we're in contact with the carrier to see if they can give us an extra update on your order's delivery. In the case that your package is lost in transit (unlikely as it had an update 6 days ago) you shouldn't worry as you will have the option to get it reshipped or be refunded for it :)

My order was confirmed on October 7, but my phone number didn’t go through on my form so I was contacted on October 15. Everything after that went through very quickly. My order was shipped on October 22 and arrived to me on November 3. I bought a sweater and it was true to its size and colour. It’s very soft and does not stain easily (I’ve spilled soup and coffee on it a couple of times but it has come out after each wash). I also got a coupon and some adorable free socks!
