Katastrophe, bestellt wurde Ware die innerhalb 24h verfügbar sein sollte. Am nächsten Tag kam die Nachricht: sorry, nicht lieferbar. Ich nannte eine Alternative - 3 Tage keine Reaktion - dann unzureichende Antwort - erneut Möglichkeit des Handels genannt - 4 Tage keine Reaktion.
Dann kam, können wir jetzt nicht mehr so schnell liefern - 3 Tage vor Halloween... sollen wir trotzdem liefern - was für eine Frage..
Extra lokales Unternehmen ausgesucht um festzustellen, dass an der anderen Seite doch China sitzt und es einfach nicht leisten kann was auf der Internetseite versprochen wird.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a costume by following their own posted directions on how to ensure I would get my order by Halloween.

I ordered a costume which stated "available to ship within 24hrs" and a week later had still not received any shipping info. I emailed and was told it would take another week. A week later I emailed again, and was told they'd need another week... A week later I emailed again, and yep - you guessed it, they need another week. All of a sudden I'm being told I won't be getting it by Halloween. I replied with how unsatisfactory I felt their customer service has been, and wouldn't you know it - wow, I'm told another week and they could have it ready for me in time, but guess what? Today they emailed me saying they cancelled/refunded my order (without my permission, I still would have taken it and used it Halloween or not).

Upon looking further into reviews of their company I was met with review sites warning me that CosplaySky cherry picks their reviews to appear better than they are, and that several other customers received the same treatment I did, some even received mouldy fabric which is a huge health concern for both their consumers and workers.

I opted to report a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. False advertising and the health issues that can come from mouldy fabric were enough for me to feel they need to be checked, and with my experience I feel more justified in it. I would encourage others to file complaints as well.

Eine Katastrophe!!!! Trotz Bestellung mit Express-Versand (5-8 Tage) nach 3 Wochen keine Ware. Kundenservice vertröstet immer wieder, macht Versprechungen die nicht eingehalten werden. Fragen werden nicht, oder offenkundig unehrlich beantwortet. Meine Tochter wird Halloween nun leider ohne Kostüm dastehen und ist unendlich traurig!

I ordered one month ahead, emailed once after the two week shipping date passed was reassured tersely that it was going to ship this week. Didn't hear back had to email again, and then finally shipped telling me that none of the costumes are going to come intime and asking me if i'd like to cancel the second order. This situation could have easily been avoided if you just had clear communication, however misleading me that the product is coming on time and leaving me no time to find plan b options is extremely infuriating. I usually try to be understanding, however I don't appreciate being misled.

Pretty mad about the experience because of the mismanaged expectations and poor communication. The assured me I’d get it in time when I placed the order, I paid for express shipping and they never even shipped it. Their communications are also extremely slow, or downright unresponsive. Don’t buy from them.

Il fallait au moins mettre une étoile pour que l’avis soit pris en compte… dommage sinon je n’en aurais pas mis.
Un site pas fiable qui ne tiennent aucunement leur engagement de livraison (et encore quand la commande arrive bien entendu !)
J’aurai du regarder les avis avant de passer commande car j’ai perdu 130€ sur ce site.

Ordered two costumes on the 28th of September for Halloween only one came in. They told me that the other one was on the way and not to be worried, still never came, so I emailed again and they said it wasn’t on the way and that it would be sent in 24 hours, didn’t show up, so I emailed again and they said “sorry some idiot forgot to send it and now it’s sold out, thanks for understanding”

Good costume, excellent quality, I liked the service!

Je ne recommande à personne de commander, ce sont de véritables voleurs. J'ai voulu faire plaisir à ma fille en lui commandant une tenue de l'attaque des titans pour le salon au parc expo sur le Japon. Trois jours après, j'ai reçu un mail en me disant que les articles sont épuisés. Ma fille étant déçue, elle a choisi une nouvelle tenue. Idem, deux jours après articles épuisés. Par contre, ils ne se sont pas gênés pour prélever les deux commandes sur mon compte (ce qui fait un montant de 91.33 euros + 2.45 euros d'intérêt et pour la deuxième commande 96.88 euros et 2.80 d'intérêt. Je les ai contacté au moins 7 fois par mail, réponse évasive au bout du 6ème mail.
Je vais leur faire un gros coup de pub en les traitant de voleurs, de malhonnêtes et que leur site est un site frauduleux.

Seit Mitte Juli wartete ich auf mein Kostüm (bezahlt hatte ich natürlich sofort). Nun fragte ich nochmals nach und man sagte mir das es zu Halloween nichts wird. Schönen Dank für nichts.

Kommunikation war aber immer gut.

I placed an order for Demon Slayer Kochou Shinobu (XL) and Kyoujurou (XXL) outfits on October 5 2021 and paid extra for fast shipping to Montreal. The first outfit, which my big 7-years-old loves arrived on October 18 in good order. I really wish they came in adult size. The coat is simply gorgeous. The second outfit arrived on October 19 and in good order as well. I've seen different sites where the company is/was labeled as fraudulent. My experience negates this. What I think it is is that some had bad customer service experience. There is the downside that they do not advise when the package is being shipped. However, they have responded to my email inquiries the next day, which I appreciate.

We ordered a Tanjiro and Rengoku costume from cosplaysky.ca. The Rengoku was totally fine but the Tanjiro costume came with moldy pieces, wrong size and missing the earrings. I emailed customer service and they asked me if I can just wash the costume to remove the mold and that the costume doesn't come with earrings so I should check the description again and know what I am ordering. After sending them pictures of the mold and the description showing it came with earrings they offered to refund $30 but also wanted me to send a picture of the costume to show it was the wrong size. I sent the photo and also explained that I feel $30 wasn't exactly sufficient as I had to soak pieces of the costume in bleach to get the mold out, tailor the costume to fit my daughter and purchase earrings. They responded that I actually had to send pictures of measurements on the costume to prove it is the wrong size......at this point I kind of lost it and they ended up just refunding the $30. Just terrible customer service.

Costume plus accessoires commandés depuis plus d’un mois pour une soirée demain!!!
Promesse de livraison mais toujours rien reçu. Réponses aux relances par mail plusieurs jours après avec une réponse évasive.
Je croise les doigts pour un remboursement mais les autres commentaires me laissent songeur.
Je pense qu’en s’y prenant une année avant, on devrait pouvoir être satisfait de ce site.

Ich habe zwei Kostüme bestellt und leider wurde mir nur eines geschickt, das zweite war deutlich zu klein, obwohl es schon größer bestellt wurde. Da es sich angeblich um eine Massanfertigung handelt( was lächerlich ist) wurde kein Rückversand akzeptiert. Auf die Tatsache dass das zweite fehlt wurde garnicht eingegangen. Paypal hat leider auch nicht weitergeholfen. Ich kann nur ausdrücklich vor der Seite warnen. Trotz de Adresse ist dies ein Chinaladen

I ordered my daughter a costume in september and its now october and it still hasn't came yet they take so long shipping the costume to me i will never buy from this company again don't buy from this company they will disappoint you like they did to me.

Horrible experience. I placed an order with them because they advertised that the product I order would be shipped within 24hrs or if custom, 10-15business days.

Well it’s been a month since I placed my order & they still haven't shipped my order. I have emailed after 2 weeks & they replied saying that they need more time to make the order because I actually order something that was OUT OF STOCK and check back in another week. No where on their website did it say the item was “out of stock” or “back ordered”. A week goes by and I check and they say they need another week and a half.

I just emailed them to check my order status & we shall see but I know it isn’t shipped because I haven’t received a shipment confirmation email with my tracking number.

I also asked them why they advertise ____ shipping times & they replied,

“ There are thousands of clothes on our website. We don’t have time to change their information every day.”

So they don’t really care that they are falsely advertising & are too lazy to update their site.

If i ever get this order, I will never shop from Cosplay Sky or recommend them to anyone.

I ordered many times on Cosplaysky and worthed every time! They are very concerned on what a cosplayer needs to be confortable and getting the best results at the same time. They also have two ways of shipping to get everything on time!
My Rayla costume is one of my favs on my wardrobe and I'll keep trusting on them!

J'ai commandé le 7 septembre en demandant que ca arrive entre 4 et 6 jours, payé 100 euris exprès pour.. 20 septembre toujours rien et bataille continuelle en mail avec toujours les meme excuses plus suivi de livraison jamais mit à jour je déconseille !

Commande passée le 15 août non reçue à ce jour (malgré le paiement d'une expédition - plus chère - en 4 à 6 jours et l'envoi d'un mail indiquant ma date buttoir). Réponse aux mails en disant que le délai sera respecté puis, depuis ma demande de remboursement, silence radio ! Commande débitée avant l'expédition. Pas sérieux du tout...
