My item came with one part damaged but they quickly dealt with the issue and that was brilliant service.

I recently bought the stainless steel fire pit sold by Costway on Wowcher. My friend also bought one. I tested my one out yesterday 6/9/2025. It is a really nice fire and a statement piece. I love it and hope it lasts. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the first time I have bought anything from Costway and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find the items I wanted and at sale prices too. Communications was good and when I needed to contact customer services about delivery, it was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.
The items I ordered came with very clear instructions and there were videos on the website too showing how to assemble the items.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase, the quality is excellent, good price and customer service which is refreshing.

Ordered a gazebo from here. Delivery was within 4 days. Excellent gazebo well packaged. I have asked for extra wind/privacy screens for my new gazebo. The lady I spoke to Maja has been so very helpful in us gaining the extra sides. Definitely will use the company again

Brilliant company, delivered my parcel literally two days after I purchased it. Couldn't belive how quick it was, packaged really well and the item I bought, which was a children's toy storage and book shelf is amazing. I'm over the moon with it! Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using it again. They have some beautiful things at really affordable prices

Found what we wanted at a good price. Delivered safely. Not opened yet as is a gift but hopeful that the item is in perfect condition.

We ordered a white kitchen cabinet with a wine rack but some of the cabinets are missing. Like the doors, draws shelf’s, the actual win rack and screws etc. it’s very disappointing. I emailed customer service but the email doesn’t exist, it’s not a correct email. I have called numerous times but the answer machine tells me to go to my account. Unfortunately the two parcels that were meant to be delivered says they cannot find our order but I have photos of my account and our order. I’ll try every day until someone answers as this item cost £260.00 and although what we have received seems like a nice cabinet we just don’t have all the bits to build it as shown on the webpage. Sadly disappointing. Please could you send the rest of our order.

I bought two jade coloured garden chairs for my balcony. I thought they were ok. I decided to put them in the garage over this Autumn. I lifted them up to bring them through the house, and awful red rust started pouring down the legs, leaking water and rust all over the wood, on the floor of the balcony. I had to cover them in plastic so they wouldn’t ruin my carpets. I have managed to put them in the garage over this- rust all over garage floor now.
These will go to rag and bone man who drives round here every week. I have wasted £59.95 on these.

The product was of excellent quality and the assembly instructions were clear. They made sure that there were a greater number of assembly components supplied than were needed

Ordered a height adjustable desk, which was very competitively priced. Delivery was prompt and the item was well packaged. Pretty straightforward to put together and I was impressed with the build quality

Costway are con artists. They sell a fire pit. On their website they show a picture of a fire pit on a wooden deck. When I checked on that I got this message from one of their staff. "Heat insulation pads also need to be placed on the wooden deck, which are not shown in the picture."

They replied to say they could not find an order in the system. So what? I want to know why it needs a heat pad when they have a photo of the firepit without a pad on a wooden deck. Why can't they answer a simple question like that.

This company is a joke! Spent a fortune on a quad bike for my son’s birthday and it’s broken! Tried calling and emailing with no response, unhelpful customer service well it’s not available. We are still with a damaged product and no way to get hold of them. DO NOt ORDER from them.

I really loved my coffee tables as it was easy to assemble and it looksk great ! definitely worth the money.

You Cannot get through on phone number.when you email they reply with phone this number.when they send email with missing parts to choose from.its wrong from what's in delivery.
Then you get no reply to emails.
I would just like to speak to a human.
Costway you're reply is so generic.

Web site was easily accessible, clear and informative. Easy to select the item and pay.
The trolly was delivered in a few days, well packed, no damage and with all the bits and good assembly instructions.

Unfortunately, the packaging of the furniture is very poor. We have bought giraffe bookcase and the three items have been chipped clearly due to inadequite packaging. Pieces of furniture were next to each other without proper wraping between them. The main giraffe part was chipped on the front which is very dissapointing.
