Shocking customer service. Got the overall sense that they didn’t want to accommodate the return of my item and the cancelling of a pre ordered item. Had to chase up responses to multiple emails. If I hadn’t done so, I don’t believe I would have got responses or eventual refunds. When I raised my concerns, my emails were either ignored or met with a rude response.

Avoid at all costs! Extremely poor customer service and refusal to honour returns
I recently placed an order of around £190 with Coszus and unfortunately the entire experience has been very disappointing.
The items I received were significantly oversized and unsuitable for me. I contacted the company following the instructions on their website, within the stated returns period to request return instructions. Despite sending multiple emails and also reaching out via social media, I received no response.
My public comments on social media asking for assistance were also removed rather than the issue being addressed.
As a customer, I simply wanted to return the items in accordance with the brand’s own returns policy and my statutory consumer rights. Instead, I have been left with clothing that does not fit, no refund, and no clear way to resolve the situation.
This experience has fallen far below what would reasonably be expected when purchasing online. Ignoring customers who are trying to make a legitimate return is unacceptable and undermines trust in the brand. It is also a total breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I will now have to contact my bank to carry out a chargeback.
Very disappointing.

Thank you for your reply.
I would like to clarify that my intention throughout has simply been to return the items as they were unsuitable in size and fit, which is a standard right when purchasing online.
While there was discussion regarding the out-of-stock item and bundle structure before dispatch, this is separate from my later request to return the order after trying the items on. I contacted you within the returns period by email and social media requesting return instructions, but did not receive a response. My public comments asking for assistance were also removed.
I have retained full records of all correspondence and timelines.
This matter is not about obtaining additional promotional items or disputing what was sent. It is about exercising my right to cancel a distance purchase and return goods that are unsuitable, in line with your own stated returns policy and UK consumer law.
I remain willing to resolve this directly and return the items promptly once you provide the correct return address and instructions.
I would appreciate a response so this can be concluded fairly and amicably.

Terrible customer service
Emailed them to start a return as this is the process detailed on their website. It's been almost two weeks with no response and I even followed up with a second email. No response to a direct message on Instagram either.
I can now only presume they've done this to prevent me from returning within the 2 week window.
Would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. Awful customer service.
