Great products and excellent quality. I love the 308 jeans—would be even better if they were available in a dark indigo! Customer service was fantastic when there was an issue with one pair of jeans; it was resolved quickly and professionally. A bit on the pricey side, so I appreciate the option to use Klarna. Thank you!

Fail to respond to emails, returned items and haven’t received money and they now have the goods. Scammers. Appalling service. Buyer AVOID AVOID!!!!

Excellent customer service and fantastic t-shirt. The t-shirt I originally ordered was too small, the return and exchange process was quick and easy and I was kept informed throughout the process. The t-shirt I ordered was a brilliant quality, great fit and lovely colour.

I like the clothes from this place and have purchased quite a few items - however a recent transaction has soured how I feel about the company. I purchased a hoody in what was marketed to email subscribers as ‘an exclusive sale’. Only to find a day later the exact same hoody was then significantly discounted further and non-exclusively to subscribers. When I enquired about this, hoping I would receive the difference in a refund I was basically told that was my tough luck. And now to top it off after returning that item (due to the issue above) I am now having to chase the refund which is late and still hasn’t come back into my account.

Absolutely love this brand! I have several items now as the quality of the materials along with the fit and designs are just quality. Picante are now one of my go to shops for mens clothing. Also the packaging makes reaffirms that I’ve bought from a company that cares about their customers experience.

Ordered an oversized T shirt. Amazing quality and packaging. I usually take a size M or L -went for the M but still looked a bit too big. Will give it as a present to a friend who is bigger than me...and just ordered again- a small size for me as I like it so much. Best to look at the measurments and compare it to your existing clothes !

I had such a positive experience with customer service, especially with India who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She quickly resolved my issue, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was left with a great outcome. It really made me feel valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be shopping again. Excellent service!

Max is always incredible helpful as the lead for customer service, I buy a fair bit from Picante because the styling is so good and on the rare occasion there’s an issue, it’s resolved almost immediately. Can’t say fairer than that.

I’ve bought three of the oversized t shirts and the material / feel is very soft light and comfortable. I love the colours and designs and the t shirts hold up great in the wash. The packaging is also very nice and gives the price more justification as you can see care has been taken and it is a premium brand.

They have incredible fast shipping. Also love the quality of the items I have ordered (two tees + one sweatshirt). Overall love their brand and quality.
