They have taken pretty good care of me. Even when they messed up on a bet that I went on they went back there and corrected it and made sure I was taken care of. So I appreciate that.

I had a minor issue with verification, I reached out via chat and the issue was resolved within minutes.

So far so good had it for a few days now and I’ve won a few times withdrawals have been quick the only complaint I have is that they don’t tell you money won from your bonus picks have to be played through again before you can actually withdraw

I was assisted by Marcus via help chat. Just to be honest, it took about 6 hours to receive a response from an agent after submitting my request because the app is fairly new and I'm sure they're bombarded with requests, but MY "ISSUE"which was a fault of my own, was handled with quickness and the upmost professionalism. This is a great app, works exactly how it says, lots of cool promotions,...when it came time to redeem my rewards i had an issue with my identity verification,...but i reached out in the help chat and my issue was resolved my 2 human agents,..Marcus and Susan,...and my identity was verified and my redemption money was on my debit card 30 minutes later,...same or better odds then any other sportsbook,...profit boost coins and rewards,...cant say enough good things about this app!!!

Good Sportsbook and easy navigation. Only tip is to withdrawal thru debit card rather than bank for a quicker process.
