It’s been a year and still haven’t received my redemption. By far the worst experience I’ve had. Every time I talk to someone they just beat around the bush. They said 90 days but it’s been closer to 365. I like their games and the set up but the fact it’s this much of a hassle to get a redemption back is very annoying and makes it seem like a scam.

Absolutely terrible with payouts. I’ve been waiting for 8 months. Absolutely ridiculous.

Made a redemption 1/9/2026 today is 4/16/2026 the wait for a redemption is absolutely insane and their customer service is absolutely awful. Once I get the redemption I am closing this account. I suggest everyone stay away from this site. All I see on Reddit is tons of complaints as well.

Now it’s just ridiculous. My redemption went in on 10/12/2025 and still nothing. Still says pending. They kept using the oh we have up to 90 business days or something. Well your way way past your own deadline deadline. Because you know they have a few different ones. First it’s like a couple weeks. Then it’s the at our discretion we have up to 90 business days or whatever. Then you reach that and it’s something else. How in the world anyone deposits here anymore is beyond me. This is just the worst I have ever seen. I’ve never had to wait this long and after this long you just give up hope. Then you think well it won’t be long before they are sending that email saying they are closing down. Then your withdrawals will just disappear. Because I know for a fact any normal everyday player would not deposit in a site that does this. So then all you can get deposits from are people who don’t know how long the redemptions take because they don’t win enough. And they don’t check reviews. That is the only small group of people that will put money into this site. So where is the revenue coming from? Once they figure out you can’t get paid then they stop and eventually you will have maybe one or two people depositing a day. If that hasn’t already happened. All I would like is my redemption. You took my money when i deposited and quickly I might add. Now you can’t pay me after. 6 months. That is just bad bad business.

Needs to be a zero star option. My redemption has taken a month and i dont have it. They advertise and TELL YOU it takes 72 hours tops. Unless u read terms and find out they can take 90 days or as long as they want to verify information. But the thing is they never asked for more information to verify.and i e redeemed before multiple times. And every single time it takes over a month. They say they will escalate it to a manager but then the Managers just say they escalated it. Like wtf. It is absolutely pointless to ask to get uour money from these people. Its supposed to be a money factory right? Well i guess it is if they keep everyones money to inflate their numbers and have their employees not give a crap. Like seriously what is the point of customer service and redemptions if its pointless. Absolutely pointless. They make up bs excuses to stall the money in hopes i forget about it after 90 days. I play alot of online casinos and i KNOW a text book stall and steal tactic when i see one. Now your going to see a manger reply to this and theyll say theyve escalated it and its pending. But they wont say its been pending for over a month and now it is going to take 90 days. Amd they will say for me to contact them. And theyll tell me the same thing. "Weve escalated it" but manager wtf is the point of being a manager and escalating it if NOTHING os going to happen.

Do not play here. They will use every stall tactic and bs excuse to keep your money instead of getting off their ass to do something about it.

Do not put money in this casino! I paid $9.99 for a $25 sc coin package and I won $135.10, they said that I would have to wait 72 hours. Well those 72 hours past and I haven’t gotten anything, I also been trying to reach someone on live chat. Every time I do the people are always unavailable and I have to come back later & it’s always an AI bot. Mind you when they asked me for verification it was live chat human agents available, I saw the reviews after I won money and I saw people weren’t getting paid on time or at all and I should’ve took my money somewhere else. If you wanna waste your money, this is the place to do it.

Over four months without a redemption.
Their KYC has "been down" for a few weeks, which, if you don't know, never, never, absolutely never, happens on even the shadiest fake casino.

KYC is only necessary if you attempt to redeem. They don't really need to support that. This site doesn't redeem. So go ahead and throw your money away.

Redemption request submitted September 2025 and it is now April 2026 and my redemption request has still not been processed. It originally said up to 72 hours, then they said up to 90 days. And now they say it can take longer than 90 days without specifying how much they define "longer" as. It seems like they have stolen my money and will never pay it. Making someone wait 7 months is unreasonable. I will need to officially report them as they seem to be a fraudulent business and all the other commenters here are experiencing the same issue.

Worse casino ever ever ever. I spent money. I only won $100 but it’s been 8 months and still no redemption. They won’t contact me back or give me any help on what to do. They always say they will have manager contact me but like I said it’s been 8 months and nothing. I hate this casino.

5 Months and Still No Payment – Avoid This Site
I submitted a redemption request for $139 on November 6, 2025. It is now April 2026 — over 5 months later — and I have still not received my money.
I have contacted customer support countless times via email and every single response has been the same copy-paste reply telling me they are “still working on it.” No timeline, no escalation, no resolution.
Their own policy states redemptions can take up to 90 business days. That window passed a long time ago.
I genuinely enjoyed the games on this platform, but what good is winning if you can never access your money? Based on hundreds of similar complaints I’ve now seen on this very platform, this appears to be a systemic issue — not an isolated one.
I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB and FTC, and I am documenting everything.
The Money Factory — My redemption request is on file. I would welcome a direct resolution rather than another generic response.

Still waiting on 9-20 and 10-4 redemptions. This used to be a great place to play. I don’t know what happened but I wish they would would fix it. I would love to play here again but its too risky.
