I enjoy playing the games on rolling riches. I seriously hate the redemption process. I have been waiting over a week now and received nothing! This process ruins my experience. I keep getting generic responses with no resolution. It takes forever for support to get back with you Lately I have been becoming more and more disappointed

It’s sad to know that this website has gone downhill. I’ve played with RR for over two years and never had issues with communication with customer service or redemptions. I took a break for a few months and I decided to play again and won. It’s a huge surprise that I have not received my redemption after seven days. I remember when I first redeemed with RR it did take about three or four business days but every redemption after that within 24 to 48 hours even on weekends and I have redeemed $1000 before in the past with no issues. That is why I’m so surprised that my redemption has not been approved and my constant emails to customer service about my redemption have gone unanswered. The only reply is a generic, automated reply, letting you know that they received your support request and are working diligently to address the matter. Until I have my redemption approved and in my account I have no choice but to continue to give a poor rating. I will consider re-rating but that depends on the amount of time that has passed. I also can see from all the reviews that are recent. It seems like I’m not the only one having the same issue. I do see some positive reviews of recent, but those seem AI generated or bots. I also see RR replying to some of these reviews again with the same generic reply, asking us to contact support when that does nothing because they do not respond. RR of you want to keep your loyal customers then take care of these matters immediately or reply to emails with updates, KEEP COMMUNICATION OPEN, so that we don’t feel ignored!

I've been playing with RollingRiches for good amount of time, they have one of the best sweepstakes platforms I have played at Great customer service fantastic deals on coin packages and discounts friendly customer service and the layouts easy to use in navigate I recommend checking it out to everyone that likes to spin !!

Made my redemption on the 9th got it on the 16th $200 longer than I expected but it came when I really needed it not to happy with the redemption time but I do know I'm definitely going to continue to keep playing rollingriches

I'm leaving the review at 2 stars to say that my 3 out of 4 redemptions have finally been approved. Took 2 weeks to get them which is crazy but none the less I did get them. 1 left to approve and then it will be at 3 stars.

Bad news folks, this is a site in which you will wait and wait and wait until you decide to cancel your redemption and play some more and then guess what happens? Poof , gonzo. Any time a site struggles to pay out winners in a timely manner its a bad sign.

There's no wait to deposit $$ but if you are lucky enough to win , get ready for a long ride. Truth be told, I waited a week or so until I finally gave up and canceled my redemption. Hopefully, you will have better luck than me but good lord was that painful.

My last review was one star because I was not receiving my redemptions from late March and am use to quicker redemptions. I also hate the fact I cancelled a couple redemptions and then lost.

But what I like about this site, the games, the layout, the specials, and the many different amounts you can play. Some other sites, don’t have all the different play amounts.

I finally did receive my redemptions, so that is good that still are paying just very slow.

Knowing that eventually you will receive your redemptions, I will still play this site. I just wish payouts were within a few days not a few weeks.

If they fix the redemption time, I would give a higher score because I really do like this site.

I am a VIP player with Rolling Riches. Rolling Riches have become by far the worst platform online. Everytime I submit a redemption, the VIP host says it’s a delay and it takes days and sometimes weeks for my redemption to be approved. When I buy a special pack with a scratch card it spin, it is never attached. I have sent a message over a week and has not gotten a response yet, I bought the coin pack but never got my free bonus. I gave them a three because the games are super fun and a wide variety and I also like the vip bonus coins packs. Rolling Riches use to be a great platform, but lately it has been the worse. I hope Rolling Riches get back on track because they are going to lose lots of customers

So I won $1,000 on account and then I went and posted the redeem on my account I couldn't get it for 10 days it says it's been 15 days now with no luck so far I have not heard back from any messages I sent to them already sent four messages and retaining to this I've never heard anything back from anyone it is very disappointing you know they take my money in a heartbeat and now they want me to wait 10 to 14 days to get my money back what the hell is that about they get there money from me in 5 secs it's absolutely disgusting that this is there business plan

After spending $$$ I finally won a bit. Not a huge amount but it’s been 10 business days (2 actual weeks). The initial email states “first time redemptions MAY take UP TO 10 business days…”
So I email support asking for an update. Get a very generic response back “ we are currently experiencing a high volume of redemptions, which has caused some delays in processing times…”

Complete garbage.

It took longer than 10 days to get my winnings of 650 but I got it and they always answered my inquiries
So will play with them again.

Support is no help. Redemption has been pending 15 days. Emailed support 5-6 times with no response or ticket closed with no resolution. Will not be playing again until redemption is received. Very sad because I actually enjoy this platform. Will not be making anymore big package purchases.

I’m waiting on 2 redemptions. They used to be so quick. I love the platform and the games. I used to love the redemption time. They won’t respond to my emails either. I don’t know what happened.

Rolling Riches PAID FINALLY. Great games but LONG REDEMPTION TIMES. If you cannot wait over 3 weeks to get your payment save your time. If they ever improve that one issue it will be a daily app for me.

It shouldn't take weeks to have a redemption paid out. But Rolling Riches is showing me it can. Horrible, Horrible and Horrible. But they have time to send me offers, like I'm gonna keep giving them money when they're not willing to pay when I win.

The company's website advertises 24-48 hr redemption processing after first redemption. I am at day 7 now still no redemption. I have reached out to customer support they have done nothing to resolve this issue. Crowncoinscasino.com and mcluck casino redemption is way better than here. They pay in the time frame they advertise.

I am so disappointed. I have been playing for months and have been verified for months. Anytime I needed support, I was assisted within 24hrs. But now, I feel like I’m being ignored and it’s quite disheartening. I made my very first redemption request on March 25 and have yet to receive any communication explaining why this is taking more than the “up to 10 business days” they promise. I have sent 4 support requests and not one of them has been responded to.
If there’s a problem, this should be communicated with me so I can understand what’s going on. Because of this experience I am leery to use this site ever again.

2 weeks since my redemption. 0 response from them when emailed. Im sorry. I threatened to do a charge back then got the usual generic were behind on redemptions. Nothing since. 2 weeks of emails. 1 response. Of youre stupid enough like me to give them your money you wont be getting anything back of you win. Stay away!!!

Really enjoy the variety of games rolling Riches has to offer, customer service was very quick to help with correcting my account information, would definitely recommend this site

Had my review at a 2 but its a 1 forsure now. Been 2 weeks and I STILL cannot get a response as to why my redemption is pending for 2 weeks now. Ive seen multiple other people saying the same thing. Really sucks cause this site was awesome like a month ago. Not sure what happened but I would definitely stay away.
