I’m not sure what his name is - possibly Jacob. He was super friendly and helpful with the questionare.
Though the quiestionare was very long and tedious he was very patient and transparent.
He was enthusiastic and kind spoken to which it made me want to listen as apose to it feeling like a chore.

The guy I spoke wth was polite, helpful whilst being professional. He slowed down, repeated information and moved to a better place in the office because of static on his headset when I struggled to hear what he was saying.
The actual process was very straight forward with numerous parts only requiring a yes or no answer although at times I wanted to expound on my answer.
From today's dealings I will recommend friends and family members
