Brilliant salesperson
Kia the gentleman that helped me with the policy was fantastic patient and very understanding, he deserves a raise I would recommend getting golden insurance if the sales person was anything like Kia as he made the interaction a very pleasant one , top marks for customer satisfaction

Kia was polite and professional and explained everything that was easy to understand.
I took out a policy which was substantially lower than the one I am currently on which I have cancelled
Highly recommend both Golden Insurance and Kia.

I found the salesperson very pushy and…
I found the salesperson very pushy and really didn't listen. Even one l said l only want it for funeral she kept pushing. You almost lost a sales.
Even when l said to her l couldn't talk l had to go and was just wait.
Thats the reason why it's so low.
