Cozepod Reviews 

I purchased a couch from Cozepod a little over a year ago. The cushions are saggy and lose their form. The metal frame is very flimsy and bent so that the two sections of the back no longer line up. I had purchased an additional $186 warranty. They initially offered to replace the couch with a sturdier model, and then changed their minds, offering only replacement parts on the existing couch. Poorly design with structural issues and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Purchase the prince 3 seater w ottoman in chenille brown. Color is not at all as shown. Significant difference which they attribute to different lighting but that's inaccurate. The quality is garbage. Feet are plastic and backbone is low, doesn't feel like secure support and doesn't even provide enough height for pillows to rest against fully. Customer support seems to be ai. Link to submit formal review on their site doesn't work and nobody can provide a working link. Site reviews are canned reviews, same verbiage used on many different couches. Their risk free trial includes return shipping at buyer expense which is expensive.

Really a great experience with this company. They have a great product and the customer service is exemplary. I accidentally put in the incorrect address, sent them a message thru the site, heard back the same day that they'd corrected it. They kept me informed of the shipping every step of the way and it even arrived early.

We ordered the MELLOW 80" Loveseat with 2 Ottomans. All the reviews talked about how comfortable this couch was. We loved the color and had been looking for a boneless couch/chair for a long time and thought we had finally found it. This couch is like laying on a concrete floor, im sure a prison bed is more comfortable. This loveseat has turned into a really expensive dog bed. Now i have to buy additional cushions to try to make it comfortable. Huge waste of money and space.

I was hesitant to order a sofa online, but once we received it and after my husband put it together ( which only took about 30 mins and we love it!) we noticed small tear in base. After contacting Customer service they immediately sent us a new base and communicated every step. Very happy with this purchase and will buy from Cozepod again. Highly recommend!

From the beginning purchasing a sofa on line from Cozepod, the experience was very smooth and effortless. I purchased the sofa in July during their sale and told them I was not moving until late August. They held the item for me until late August and delivered right on time. Customer service was excellent and I want to mention two agents; Emily and Melissa who were on top of the my order the entire time. I would definitely recommend Cozepod to anyone looking to buy a new sofa. The quality of the product is excellent as well

This company is awesome and my couch and ottoman is beautiful! They went above and beyond for me. I had a small issue with stuffing and they took good care of me and the issue. They were very communicative every step of the way. The issue has been resolved and I've never felt more seen by a company. You can't go wrong by choosing this company. Thank you so much Cozepod!

I got the love seat with ottoman in the green velvet. It was very easy to put together I love the color and it is so comfortable

I ordered a pink couch in celebration of living by myself for the first time since the 90's. I loved it and then realized one one of the cushions was not fully extending. I reached out and Emily helped order a new cushion that arrived yesterday. The couch is so amazing. It's beautiful, comfy to the touch and makes for the best naps. And, it is PINK! Emily was extremely helpful. When we had an issue it took a little bit to resolve but Emily was always there along the way replying no matter the time and even on a holiday had responded. Truly great customer service which you don’t come across anymore.
