Paypal has just closed my case...ongoing since November. Ordered extra large dog pet bed. Arrived and would fit small kitten. Paid £32.75.
Raised dispute after no joy with company. Now paypal have closed the case saying parcel return has invalid detail. Scam. Facebook are advertising these dog beds too. Lot of money wasted and time writing numerous emails. Had to give one star. Would put none at all.

I ordered a miter saw stand from this company. They sent a tracking number that said the item had been shipped from the origin facility. No information after that until 3 1/2 weeks later then they updated the information to say it was delivered. It never was delivered. They referred me to the local post office and said it was delivered there for final delivery. I checked with two different people at the post office and both verified that the tracking number was a false number and was not in their system. Cozycove offered a discount not a full refund and finally would not respond to my emails to customer service. This company is a complete scam and fraud.

Scammed and taken a further £200 out of my account with no authority.
Have emailed.. nothing. They are on Amazon, insta.. can’t believe so many people have been scammed. Avoid avoid avoid

Same as everyone else, I was scammed by this company. I ordered a bed from an Instagram ad at the end of August, 2023 and it never came. The company did not respond to my emails and I was unable to make a claim through IG. I can't believe this is able to happen so easily and to so many people without anyone involved, even those like IG who are benefitting, taking any responsibility. What a world we live in!

Never delivered, not answered my emails of fb messages! Fraudulent company warning do not buy

I orderd 2 dog beds and never received them and am out almost 50 dollars. No one will return my emails and i am talking to an attorney. No sense in taking peoples money like this. Sadly one of my dogs passed while waiting on her bed to arrive so i dont even need the one now. So so disappointed in this fake company

I ordered 2 dog beds, was really pleased with how they looked and that I was able to get a good size for my daughter's pup. Says on Shop app they were delivered, sadly they weren't. Multiple attempts to contact them by email as it seems to be the only option. Also tried through the Shop app, again unsuccessfully. Can say goodbye to my money. Will check out reviews in future as they've obviously done this a lot. If I could give no stars I would. Shop elsewhere and don't waste your time and money.

As like everyone else...no bed arrived!! I can't believe why companies with this history go on and on!

I ordered Aug 24th said 3-7 days. There was even a tracking form which I printed out. It said it was delivered Sept 1st but of course..nothing. Too bad because it is a product my little guy would kill to have. He is anxious and likes going in under the covers etc.

I ordered a bed for my MS which was half price at £25..I did wonder why I didn't get a confirmation..I've chased them and sent an email..no reply and NO BED am going to contact my bank and get them to claw my money back.. It said on the website SP THECOZYNOOK had changed its name..to Cozy Cove..Don't buy they are just a bunch or crooked scammers..

I ordered my Pomeranian a medium size cozy bed based on their specifications. The bed arrived and it’s so small my 3# chihuahua could use it, except she sleeps with me and doesn’t use dog beds. My little Pomeranian got in it and his entire head was outside. This bed is supposed to make your dog feel safe and secure. I wasted $49.95. Found the same bed through Amazon is half the price. I ordered a dog bed on 27th August but it has still not arrived as of 22nd September dispite them showing a 3-7 day delivery. I have emailed the 'company' three times but have never received a reply. I've search for contact details but it just gives an email address which the don't reply to! Has anyone on here been able to get their money back?

It looked professional the confirmation but the bed never arrived. I have emailed the company numerous times and no response .
Please DONOT order from this company , pay extra from a reputable company

I ordered a cat wheel back in November 2022. Have never received it. The email I received after ordering looked very professional.
The product was a great price but I should have known better. Also they didn't accept PayPal and that should have been a warning for me.
I sent an email recently and it bounced back.
Very disappointed.

Im still fighting cozycove and yes they do have other names im a pensioner get little money but im an animal lover to very sad that 2 payment were taken for the dog bed.

Company is a big scam I purchased a bed for my dog never received the bed never received the refund BIG scam here

Ordered a bed and a blanket. Received an email that it had been shipped. Never received my item. Attempted to reach out to the company and no response. Finally filed a fraudulent charge form with my bank and received my money back but what a scam of a company. Do not order from them.

I brought a cozy dog paw bed , which I have yet to receive, I purchased the bed in 2 xl and have emailed them with proof of purchase 29/11/2022 , I have been totally ignored shame on you scanning people out of money is a disgusting act by your company
