La broderies est cheap mais le pire c'est que le chien sur le gilet ne ressemble en rien à la photo envoyer. IMMENSE , déception et de leur coté me disent qu'il ne peuvent rien faire. Belle arnaque

This company is an absolute scam. I added money for faster delivery then thier excuse when it was delayed was "problems at the manufacture end" . Then they sent it to somewhere Vancouver Washington state. When I told them that they sent it to the wrong address they said, "it was too late to change the address". I emailed them stating I put in the correct address on the initial purchase form yet they ignored this. They stated they would not refund my money. So, I spent money with no sweatshirt for my wife!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM PETIFY. SCAM!

Scam, scam, scam. Do not order from this company, they will not send your product and you will receive no correspondence from the customer service email they provide.

Scam in everywhere, do not order from them as your product will not arrive and you will get no response from any email they provide for customer service.

I bought the large dog backpack for my 30lb dog with the "lifetime warranty". The strap broke on its 3rd use. Repeated calls and emails to the company for a replacement backpack or refund have fallen on deaf ears. No response from the company at all. Spare your dog and yourself injury and heartache. Do NOT buy this product. Save yourself frustration and do NOT buy from this company. They just want your money.

They are scammers, don't buy from them. I have a faulty product. They offer a lifetime warranty as advertised on their website and after contacting them via their email they emailed back to say I could have a replacement or refund, so I opted for a refund but I have never heard from them since, despite contacting them continually. The company that operates the website is listed on the website under "impressum" - you can see their company name and address and if you google there are 2 people who head up this company - you can research them and get in contact with them and request that they suspend the website. Don't let scammers prosper.

Still waiting on my replacement backpack since Jan. They just stopped communicating and the phone always rings busy. Beware.

This company is a scam! They take your money but never send you the product you ordered. I’ve been waiting for the waterproof dog jacket since December 27, 2020 and it’s currently July 10, 2021! I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and had one response about them opening a ticket into this and it was opened in March and never heard back from them!! Don’t waste your money and read the reviews before ordering from these knob heads!

Bought 2 coats end of December. Never received

I had ordered a puffy jacket for my dog for the Winter. I placed the order on 12/24/20 and had very little communication from the company about my order. Each time I would inquire about delivery, I would get an automatic reply that the were working on my request. After waiting 5 months for the jacket that never came, I asked for a refund with the same automatic response. Out $40. This company is a scam and you should never order from them. Horrible stealing from people wanting to buy products for their furry friends. ABSOLUTE FRAUD.

I placed an order on January 4th, 2021. Never received item. Tried contacting at least a dozen times. Actually got an email from them recently asking if I was happy with product.

Petyfy is a total scam company! Do not buy anything from this company! I saw their ad on Facebook and placed two orders in December 2020. They took my credit card payment and sent me two confirmation emails that my orders were on their way. They never arrived. After 2 months I emailed asking for refunds with no response, and their website disappeared for a while. I am out almost $79.00.

Ordered something in January 2021 and it still hasn’t come and it’s almost June. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and they never answered. This site is a scam. Do not use.

In 2020, I have ordered a lap carrier and bicycle carrier that late in delivery but delivered in 2 months and were sewn properly. Based on this customer experience, I purchased 1/4/21 a reflective raincoat; 2/13/21 winter package and a green water proof jacket and nylon leather leash. I called Petry and spoke with Janine, I contacted Petyfy on Facebook, sent multiple letters with no response. I have not received any refunds. One time was accused the products were delivered and they were not delivered. Petry was advised in person and in writing that I did not receive the listed products. I would like Petyfy to return the money they have accepted due to my not receiving the listed products that are worth $ 117.00

It’s nothing but a scam website. I placed my order in December 2020 and never received it. The response was the mail service was slow. I have submitted 3 emails to ask for a refund, as of May 1,2021 I still have not received any response. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order.

I ordered December 2020 after measuring my dog several times and received the product, a Large, 2 weeks later but it was too small. I gave it to my neighbors dog who it fitted. Why would I think my 11 Lb dog would wear an Extra Large? But after emailing customer service I ordered an Extra Large in January 2021. Have not received it. After many emails and a failed call to customer service I have resolved to the fact that I will never get my order. The tracking number I was given is not a valid number per my local Post Office. The really sad part of all this is the product is well made but the sizing is all wrong. I’m filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Scam company. Website looks legit but there is no customer service and the product I ordered in December 2020 hasn’t arrived as of April. I saw other shoppers left reviews on the product saying shipping was slow and customer service never responded. Should have listened to them. Shipping tracker they emailed me was in Chinese. Every time I checked, it said the order was being prepared for shipping from China. Status never changed. No response to emails. I paid through Paypal and filed a complaint. Paypal attempted to contact Petify to resolve the issue. No response so Paypal refunded my money. Pretty sure this is a Chinese scam company.

Ordered last year. Never received item. Customer service advised they would issue a refund as the item was no longer available. Never received the refund. Contacted customer service several times. They no longer will respond. Just lost my $31.99....total scam....
