I wish I had read all the reviews first. I ordered the shoes Sept 2 and received them on October 8th. The comments written by Cozyzon on FB stated that the sizes are exactly like Converse sizes so I ordered an 8 (39). The are NOT like Converse sizes as I have many in size 8 and these from Cozyzon are too short. I am so frustrated as I need the shoes for a trip and do not want to have to send them back. What a waste of 62.00.

After an extensive wait I finally received the shoes... in the wrong size. Missed showing them off to my servicemember, but said they will resubmit my order for the correct size. Now double the wait time again and I still have no shoes that fit or the credit for my purchase they promised. Simply awful!

HOW TO GET REFUNDED! I had the same experience as everyone else-I ordered shoes as a gift, when they got here they were 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I contacted their customer support, was told they would send me the correct size, and then never heard from them again. I tried to contact them 7 times over the course of 8 weeks before giving up. I paid via PayPal, so I contacted PP and told them the situation. They refunded me in less than 6 hours. I encourage anyone who paid via PayPal to do the same! Hopefully if they have to refund everyone, they go out of business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a rip off!!!
I ordered sneakers the beginning of June, received them in August but they were the wrong size. I contacted the company and they asked for pictures, which I sent to them. They said they would send me the correct size, it is now October and I still have not received them, and they refuse to respond to my emails. This company is a rip off!!! Do not buy from them!!

I have to say I was worried about my order after reading all the reviews! I was a lucky one. I ordered a pair of the Scrub Life shoes for my stepdaughter on August 25th. I did read the page and knew it would be a while before they came. I received her shoes on September 28th, in the time frame that was on their page. The shoes are awesome and they were a perfect fit! She absolutely loves them!

From the day I ordered the shoes was informed they had been printed and looked great,was about a month in total before I received my order but no problems would buy from them again.

They finally contacted me about the wrong shoe size they sent me and said it would 10 to 14 days until I received a new size that they would furnish me because of sending me the wrong size. I still have not got the shoes and it is 3 weeks later...So sad and disappointed because I really wanted the order in the correct size. :(

Ordered Cruise girl shoes size 40... after about 2 months I received a size 38 (in a 40 box)... same song and dance... keep the shoes they will send me the right pair... still waiting... don't bother with this company...now they won't respond to my emails... -10 stars if I could...

Same song as everyone else: took forever to get here and then were the wrong size. I had ordered US size 11.5 and got an 11. As tight as they were, I emailed them and asked what I needed to do to exchange them for a size 12. Took about 3 or 4 emails before they responded. They wanted pictures of the size info in the shoe. I sent that along with pics of the box: the end showed size 43(11.5) but the lid showed 42(11). Just heard back this morning. They say they are refunding my money, but to keep the shoes. Great! A pair of cute shoes that don’t fit!!! We’ll see how quickly the refund comes through!

If I could have done no star I would have! What a fraud of a company! It took several months to get my shoes! They started off great then it all went to hell. I was given a date for delivery and got nothing. I sent out an email and finally I go tracking info. Took three weeks to get the shoes and they are three sizes too big.

When I ordered the message popped up that I would receive the shoes in 10 to 14 days, but have not received any shipping notification, confirmation, etc.

Let me add to the mix - I fell for the cute shoes and after 2 1/2 months, no shoes, just excuses. I've cancelled the order, and requested a refund however I fully expect to kiss the $ good bye unless Paypal can help at this point.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My review is very similar as everyone else’s, but I am one of the lucky ones because I was able to get a refund. I ordered my shoes on July 12th. Weeks went by and I never received a tracking number let alone my order. I complained. Then, I received an email on August 11th stating there was a delay in the delivery of the shoes I ordered and that the
estimated shipping time would now be ‪from August 22 to August 25 and the status of my shoes would be updated as soon as they received the tracking number from their carrier. When I did not get a tracking number by the 22nd, I contacted the company again. I was told that my shoes were lost and a new pair of shoes would be shipped and I would get them sometime from August 26 - 28. Found that hard to believe since they were coming from China. On August 26, I had enough because I still had not received a tracking number. I emailed them demanding my money back. COZYZON emailed me back notifying me they were so sorry and would give me a refund, but the shoes were already on their way to my house. They requested that I pay them back when I receive the shoes. Who knows if they will even arrive and from what I have read from the other reviews, the ones who did eventually received their order, the shoe sizes were way off. I don’t want the shoes now and I am not paying to ship them back. I can’t believe I fell for it. I NEVER order off an ad from Facebook, but the shoes were so cute. I wished I discovered these reviews before I ordered.

This company has been a horrendously bad experience. We ordered shoes in mid July for back to school August 8th. After multiple failed delivery dates, they kept saying, the shoes would be delivered on x, x would pass. Then there was a shipping delay with DHL. Then the shoes would be delivered on y, y passed.

We finally get the shoes on September 4th, a month into school.

BUT, they are 2 sizes too small. They are absolutely the incorrect size by a mile. Ordered men's 9.5 and received men's 7.5.

Save yourself the insanity and frustration. Avoid this company.

Wish I'd checked out this company before making a purchased based on an ad I saw on Facebook July 16th. Gone thru pretty much everything stated in the other reviews! Got a message saying my shoes on way to DHL in August. Then nothing for several weeks. Have contacted Cozyzon 4 times and last week I got a shipment from them - finally!! Just 1 problem - shoes shipped to me 2 sizes too small so unwearable. Geez what a scam!!

Well let me join the list! I am so frustrated that I fell for this!! I am usually a pretty good judge, but the teacher shoes were really cute and I thought it seemed legit. Ordered in early June. Sept 2nd and still no shoes! Will be contacting PayPal in the morning to try and get my money back. Lesson learned!!

Do NOT order from this company... Same song and dance.. I ordered July 13 .. they were a gift for someone moving out of state. Got an email saying shoes arrived at shipping site.... but no tracking number. I followed up, and got the same response that shipping was delayed due to the unexpected demand. Shoes arrived yesterday.... 2 months later and they are the wrong size. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Now I wait for a response re the wrong size. I will update when and if I hear back.

I ordered my shoes on July 7 and they finally arrived today. I ordered mens/size 6/women's/size 8 us size. They can't be a 8 women's us size,they are to small.you should see the difference in size when I hold them up to a pair of my sneakers also tried them on and definitely to small. Now I have to pay the shipping to send them back and then I will wait again forever to get them. I will never order from them again.

I order one yesterday.
