I received the test results very quickly but the summary which I assume was prepared by Cpap Store London did not agree with the Indices in the main test results. They said I had moderate to severe sleep apnea yet the indices showed only a mild condition with an overall pHAI of 8.6. I have phoned the company and emailed twice with no response. The main test was excellent and I would give 5 stars. It showed that I have moderate sleep apnea when sleeping on my back with corresponding drops in O2. So I dont sleep on my back and testing my O2 overnight its now excellent. So I would highly rate the test and buy my WatchPat test from somewhere else.

Met with Sam who guided us through the process of which machine to buy. All info was good, we had lots of questions and he gave us information we hadnt considered. Now ive got machine at home im getting more used to it and apparently my sleep apnoeas have significantly reduced to 6.9 rather than 26 per night. Im not sleeping longer but defo feel im in a more deep sleep than before

I bought this item as it was temporarily unavailable on the manufacturer's online shop - even though it was three times as expensive on the Cpap Store. The price and shipping costs were clearly stated, with no hidden costs, so I knew what I was paying.

It arrived promptly and well packaged. It is of good quality, although the design differs from the branded article advertised.

I visited the manufacturer's online shop yesterday and the item is available again at its usual lower price. I would use the Cpap Store website again but only in an emergency - I do not know how prices compare with other items.

They went above and beyond to help me replace a part that I needed. I had just arrived from the US to find that I had left an intriqual CPAP part behind. 2weeks without a CPAP would have been a nightmare. Possibly even dangerous. Amman? Had the part. And the legend that he was suggested I get the part couriered by Addison Lee to my hotel room at the Hilton T4 Heathrow. He even went out of his way to find out that price and gave me full easy to follow instructions. The part was with me less than an hour. Me was a very happy chappy about it.
