Crime Prevention Security Systems Reviews

Nilson Hernzadez was VERY helpful and informative on the workings of my equipment. A man I would hire in a minute if I wasn't retired.

Just a quick comment following my recent experience with Crime Prevention Services where Karen in the first instance has been absolutely fantastic in both communicating my needs with regards the installation of some of their security systems as well as seeing the entire process so efficiently.
Nilson and Joe were brilliantly courteous and willing to genuinely help with queries that I had .In the end they established the systems without bother .Fantastic experience .

Nilson Hernandez was very knowledgeable in explaining everything about the alarm system. His customer service skills are awesome. We appreciate all the information and the time that he took to get us up to speed regarding this system.

Nilson is always on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable in his field. I manage 300+ employees and he is a keeper. Store of value.

i bought a house and they went in and checked out the system and ally seemed to go well. So for now I will have to give them a great rating. Time will tell if they are able to keep the rating.

The installer for my system was Wilson Hernandez. His partner, name unknown, was not here the full time. Mr. Hernandez was very patient with someone who knew NOTHING about security systems. He explained "whys" and "howtos" as he went along. He was careful to make sure everything was returned to its proper place and the system was covering the areas as planned. When finished he made another run-through to make sure I could turn the system on, off, and clear unneeded files before the system became bogged down. Thank you for having caring workers like him.

The installation men were very knowledgeable, respectful, and did very good work. Nilson and Alberto are two thumbs up.

Nilson Hernandez was so informative, kind and thorough. He got right to the problem with my door alarm. He did the repairs in a timely manner.
No mess/no cleanup unlike so many other companies.
I just had to set the alarm, lock up and leave.
Thank you so much Nilson!

One of the two techs was VERY rude. Told me I was doing things incorrectly to set up the system on my mobile device, kept telling me how much experience he had, cut me off when I would ask a question and tell me over and over without warrant to stop interrupting him, spoke down to me, I actually asked him to leave if he was going to be so rude....his response was his install was over and he would just leave and I could get someone else to show me how the system worked. Many many rude comments. I asked him if he had a mask, he said yes, he was asked to put it on when at my door, I caught him twice with it off, and asked him to put it on. He claimed he forgot he didnt have it on. Other tech always wore his mask, and was apologic, I assume for the other techs behavior. Other things as well but this is enough of an explanation. Over all the years of contractors, techs and the like, this was the only horrible rude encounter I have ever experienced.

Nilson was quick to activate our system and very helpful in answering all of our questions after setup!

Our Technician Nilson Hernandez was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I can run the system with ease and feel very comfortable.

He set up my doorbell camera showed my how to use the app effectively.

We are pleased with the service from Crime Prevention Security Systems and their regular updates. We recently spoke with Sarah with Interconekt LLC who processed our order. She was amazing.
