Transformer
I recently had a problem with my transformer plug falling out of the socket due to the absence of any screws holding it up. Nelson was the tech who came to service the alarm.
I can't say enough about him, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He has been to my home before and
everything works perfect after he leaves. There should be more tech's like him. He is an excellent tech.

Materials seem excellent.
Materials seem excellent although light switch not working as programmed. The door bell camera is excellent. The men talked very loudly and sometimes about personal stuff I didn’t care to hear. They left a mess on the floor from drilling a hole. Not a big deal for me, but other customers may not like that. They were 2 hours late. My app worked yesterday, but today is looping back to I need to verify my email and not letting me set my alarm. It was working fine yesterday. I’ll call Monday and get it fixed. Would have been nice to have a handbook.
