Crabtree & Crabtree Reviews

Quick to pick up the phone no canned music, friendly staff making you want to use them again. Thank you on all counts. Fast answer to emails

This is our second booking with Crabtree and Crabtree and we have a third next month. The quality of the properties and the service we receive are excellent and they are my first port of call for any breaks we have in the areas they cover.

Great friendly and quick service, prompts and responses from the C&C team. Lynn was terrific! Thank you for making our stay so easy, personal and straightforward.

A warm welcome. A beautiful well equipped house in a quiet and peace part of Northumbria. With white doves on the doorstep.

Think it’s all been said before but for two people, this little gem is a must if you are visiting the Melrose area. For a start it’s very spacious. We’ve stayed in places where the sofa is a small two seater so you are squashed together watching the tv. At the Sheep Fold, there is a three seater and a two seater sofa plus an arm chair.
There is a super king sized bed and a massive bathroom.
Fantastic shower and exceptionally clean. It’s a must. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Very good communication and quick to respond to any questions. First time used Crabtree & Crabtree, will definitely use them again. Lovely choice of properties.

Helpful and friendly team at Crabtree and Crabtree .
I prefer to book by phone and they have been
most helpful.

Particularly grateful to Jill ,Erin and Katie who dealt with
with my request to extend my visit and enabled me to
pay over the phone .
Thank you ladies .

So easy to book, friendly helpful staff when you need them. All of the properties we have stayed in have been to a high standard, I never worry about standard of the properties, they are always excellent- as is the customer service.

We were impressed with the personal service of Crabtree and Crabtree. Every detail about access and leaving the property was clear and the description of the property was very accurate. All the staff were friendly and very helpful at the property. Freedom to walk in the grounds was much appreciated.

Crabtree and Crabtree have consistently been the absolute best holiday accommodation letting company.
We have stayed in quite a few properties over the years and know that they are friendly, helpful and always have the very best places to stay.

I found using their website clear and easy to use. There is lots of choice. The booking of the cottage was simple and I was sent emails confirming the booking and detailed information on the surrounding area and how to get there.

Very helpful in organising with the owners to replace a missing key.
All emails clear and informative.

Lots of communication throughout both the booking process and the stay itself. Very helpful. An easy online site to navigate as well.

I couldn't find a better place to spend my summer holidays. I went with no expectations, and I found a lovely comfortable home.
Superb location, high standard cleaning and great view.

Another fabulous C&C property! Their holiday homes are always special. Great website and easy booking. Information and arrival instructions etc are always excellent. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else!

The team at Crabtree are so helpful. They provide an excellent service and could not try harder to ensure you have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. I really value being able to speak to the team on the phone rather than having to do everything remotely. Their prices are fair and helped by some special offers. All cottages we have booked through them have been extremely well looked after and all communication is clear. Thank you!

I have now rented more than a dozen properties from Crabtree and Crabtree and all have been consistently excellent in a range of 8/10 for the most basic to 12/10 for the most sumptuous (Pappel Farmhouse). C&C seems to know how to provide consistency across all its properties and compared with competitors C&C always seem to give that little bit more in terms of the fittings and furnishings and general information about house and area. I recommend Crabtree and Crabtree unreservedly. They are a simply a great team providing a great service!

Excellent service as always from Crabtree and Crabtree. They are extremely efficient and respond very quickly to any queries,

Easy to book , excellent properties, great communication and service
