Crabtree & Crabtree Reviews

An excellent experience - the staff at Crabtree and Crabtree are professional and efficient. The booking information is clear and promptly received. I would certainly recommend booking through Crabtree and Crabtree.

Great support and service throughout the booking process and all questions answered efficiently and effectively.

Very easy striaght forward web sight. Clear booking process and notifications.

A great cross section of properties available. The staff are helpful & always assist with any issues or information when & as required. Another property is booked for February & hopefully many more over the next few years.

Professional, timely and helpful communication.

As the boiler had burst at the property we had booked we got 2 near each other which was a bit disappointing but worked okay, one of them was only to sleep in and the other one was amazing for our family get together. Many thanks to Lynn from Crabtree for all her help with only 24 hours to find us something. We had a great time.

after our holiday we were accused of causing damage to a kitchen cupboard door and had our security deposit withheld. The damage we were accused of causing was actually apparent on the photographs of the property on Crabtree and Crabtree's website, which photographs they have confirmed were taken in May 2023 - over 2 and a half years prior to our holiday. We will not be booking with them again.

What a stunningly beautiful home that provides for your every need. We had a wonderfully relaxing time over Christmas, there is so much space and the kitchen is incredible. We witnessed some outstanding sunsets over the Pentland Hills. The local beaches are very near and there are some lovely walks in the area too.

I’ve used Crabtree and Crabtree 4 times for booking cottages. Professional, friendly and helpful. Great choice of properties. Booking system is simple to use. Website gives accurate details of properties with some added local knowledge.

The cottage was in a beautiful setting, great for getting away and relaxing . The cottage itself had everything you needed, it was clean and comfortable.

First time booking with C&C. The process was really easy and the staff are lovely, polite and courteous. Communication is excellent and you’re kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely book with them again.

We have booked accommodation through Crabtree and Crabtree several times now and have always found the process to be smooth and well organised. The website is easy to use with a good range of high quality properties in an area that we love to visit. Information is provided in a timely and efficient way and all the places that we have stayed in have been clean and maintained to a high standard. We always recommend Crabtree and Crabtree if we hear of friends wishing to visit the Northumbria area.
