Matthew Gledhill is always positive and friendly, helping me out on many occasions when things have needed to be delivered sooner than expected. This company just straight up lies to its customers.
Reliable deliveries it says on its website.
They give you a time slot, yet never delivery within it.
I've been waiting 2 days for a 1000l of red diesel.
Been given 2 time slots now and it still hasn't arrived.
Spoke to them and all I get is, a manager will phone you with a another time slot.
JUST TELL ME YOU CANT MAKE IT THAT DAY INSTEAD OF HAVING ME WAITING AROUND.
creggs wont be getting my business again.

Just brilliant customer service all round from Hannah. We run holiday cottages so business critical need to get oil in our tanks at times. She went above and beyond to get emergency oil deliveries out to us on the same day by personally delivering it herself. Fantastic service!
