Excellent support. Highly recommend.

I placed an order on Sunday and when I checked my email on Monday morning I had a confirmation. Later on Monday I received an email that my order had shipped and would be delivered on Thursday. I received the order on Wednesday, a day early.

I recently purchased the Mahlkonig E64 WS GBW Espresso Grinder and Sync Scale from Crawford Espresso and had a great experience from start to finish. Before purchasing, I reached out with a question, and their customer service was incredibly quick and helpful in responding.

The shipping was also amazingly fast. I ordered the grinder in the morning, and it arrived the very next day. That level of service is hard to find.

The grinder itself has been fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for, but what really stood out was the excellent customer support and fast turnaround from Crawford Espresso. Highly recommend purchasing from them!

The Crawford Espresso folks were super helpful. I responded to their customer service chat pre-purchase and informed them I was trying to weigh multiple grinder options. Their response wasn't pushy, but patient, and they offered up pros/cons of each, genuinely helpful. I needed further time to validate, and when I ordered my grinder (Mahlkonig X64D) a few days later it was shipped promptly, at the best price I could find, packaged with care. They were an excellent company to do business with, and I'm sure I'll order more coffee gear from them in the future.

Wonderful experience, the staff was on point reaching out to coordinate water filtration for me after my espresso machine purchase. Additionally, they were very conscientious about delivery checking in to make sure everything arrived okay.

What a great experience I had with this company , first very easy to navigate there site and there prices are competitive or better than there competitors. There selection is very impressive. But what’s best it there customer service I had questions and they had answers. I contacted several times and each time was a pleasure and very accommodating.
