We recently moved to Bury St Edmunds and were keen to find a cat sitter who would be good with our rather nervous cat - and we are so pleased to have found Tracey, AKA The Crazy Cat Lady!

From the very first consultation, Tracey put us completely at ease. What we really appreciate is that she focuses exclusively on cats, which was important to us.

We absolutely loved the daily updates and photos - it was wonderful to see the progress she made with our shy boy each day. He went from being cautious but inquisitive at first to being completely at ease within just a few days, even taking treats from Tracey’s hand (which is very unusual for him!).

Tracey is fantastic, she loves cats and looks after my elderly cat with such care and compassion. She doesn’t mind clearing litter trays, or the occasional sickness and gives my cat lots of cuddles and brushes. Tracey also sends daily updates and pictures. The house is always left perfect when I return from holiday and my cat is very happy. I would definitely recommend her.

Tracey provides a fantastic service. She not only made sure that the cats were fed and watered but spent time playing with them and sent photos and videos from each visit so we could see how happy and content they were. I highly recommend The Crazy Cat Lady!

We were so lucky to find Tracey! From the moment we met her, we knew our 2 boys would be well taken care of! She sent us pictures and updates each day letting us know how they were doing. She was so kind to learn and give my oldest his daily inhaler treatment for asthma. I highly recommend her services and will definitely use her again!

Tracey looked after our 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs recently and did a great job. She even put the bins out! We always ask Tracey when we need pet sitting and the cats and piggies love her.

I have been using Tracey's service regularly for nearly a year and now can't imagine using any other facility to care for our cat in our absence. Tracey doesn't just feed our cat, she also spends time brushing her, talking to her and playing with her. I also receive daily photo and written updates following each visit, which is so reassuring. And to top off the service, I can also rely on Tracey to water my indoor plants and put out or bring back in our wheelie bin during her visits.

Tracey will treat your cats as if they are her own! Anything they need, she's got it. I am a very anxious pet owner but Tracey gives lovely updates with plenty of photos that let me travel in peace. Have recommended her to all my cat owning friends.

Tracey is the best of the best! Her love and passion for cats shine through in every visit. She does a great job with the typical tasks (changing litter, feeding, playing, etc), and her attention to the little details is outstanding - she sends the cutest, most detailed updates and photos.
