Product is OK as expected delivery was a little strange just drop you a large box you do the rest! I suppose that’s what you get for buying off the internet!

Maybe you could train the drivers to be a little more customer orientated they brought the box in put it were we asked took photographs and left without a word the front of the cabinet was facing the wall making it difficult to get in place and the doors needed to be adjusted as they hit each other when opening! So as I’ve already said that’s what you get for buy from the internet a faceless and completely uninterested seller!!

To help clear up the confusion regarding your delivery, we actually do offer a full unpacking, assembly, and cardboard removal service, which can be selected at checkout. We keep this service optional rather than standard, as we find most of our customers prefer to save a few pounds and handle the setup themselves. It looks like you didn't add the service during checkout, which is why our team did a standard box drop-off to the room of choice.

Customer services now ignoring me
Bought a floating wall mounted unit from Creative Furniture and initially their customer services were excellent when answering queries.
Unfortunately, when I discovered screws were too short to reach the inserts when fitting the unit to the bracket. I sent an email which has been totally ignored along with another question about a coffee table I also wanted to buy as it matched the other unit. Really disappointing
