Furniture arrived a little sooner than expected but not much communication between order and date for delivery. Anyway its a good product and was delivered to the room we needed.

Fabulous unique piece of furniture. I absolutely love my copper twisted side table. I was impressed with communication and customer service at both the ordering stage and when I needed to delay delivery.

I purchased the TV Stand Golden Eye 180cm Mango Wood Black (Order #15211), which was delivered on 06/06/2026.
Overall, the product has a strong visual appeal, and the quality of materials used appears to be good. The delivery process was smooth, and the customer support team provided excellent service throughout.
However, I would like to highlight a significant design concern. The unit lacks central support for its 180cm length. When placing a large television (such as an 83" center-stand TV), the absence of middle reinforcement causes the top surface to bow under the weight.
Fortunately, I was able to temporarily support the unit using available materials while I sourced additional wood from B&Q and installed extra support myself.
On raising this issue with the customer support team, they responded promptly and offered alternative resolution options, which I appreciate.
Despite this, I would still consider purchasing from them again in the future and would recommend them to others. That said, I would advise conducting a more thorough suitability check depending on the intended use.

Absolutely love our tv unit. We were struggling to find a large tv unit made with solid wood and then I came across creation furniture. It’s a 3.2m long mango unit that finishes off our lounge beautifully. We paid for the furniture to be built which I would definitely recommend as the unit is so heavy! Only little snag is that one of the cupboard doors doesn’t snap close as the magnets are not perfectly aligned. It’s not a big deal though and does not ruin the look or use of the furniture. Very happy. Just wish you had a showroom near Scotland. I have never spent that much money on an item of furniture without seeing it in person. It was a gamble. But the gamble paid off

Whilst researching sideboards, I came across Creation Furniture and loved their unique collections. There is a particular sideboard we liked and needed information about the dimensions to ensure fitting a certain area. There was a little confusion as another independent company, has similar units/sideboards with slight variations in dimensions, and also over £100 cheaper. Although, the price is higher with Creation Furniture, I understand the manufacturer is from Germany, whereby the other company’s supplier is from a different country. From the start, customer service communication has been great with Sandra answering every query I had. As this is a small business, as opposed to John Lewis where we would normally shop, I felt reassured with everything Sandra explained. The unit arrived today and was assembled with packaging taken away. Delivery communication and service was seamless. Sandra and the team were very quick to provide a solution to a couple of matters brought to their attention. The quality of the sideboard is solid, unique and really pleasing to the eye. If only we had room to order other unique items of furniture! We’ll be sure to use Creation Furniture for anything we may replace in the future. I will be recommending friends and family to Creation Furniture.

It's not easy buying a significant piece of furniture on line. Experience taught me that the picture does not always give the actual look and feel of the object.
