The items I ordered were very good and the delivery was quite good, it’s nice to see furniture that is a little bit different.

Ordered mango wood peacock sideboard. Came about 6 weeks earlier than expected which was communicated by Creation. Delivery was well organised and arranged. Packaging was superb, very secure.
The sideboard itself is absolutely stunning, even better than the picture. It looks wonderful in my living room and I'm debating adding another the other item from the collection. Many, many thanks Creation.

Very happy with the 200cm floating solid oak tv unit I bought I ordered it in December 2025 and it was supposed to be delivered in March 2026 but was delayed and eventually delivered mid May 2026, which was disappointing but Creative Furniture refunded me 5% of the purchase price as compensation for the delay. Very solid unit which looks absolutely stunning.
Worth waiting for as I couldn’t find anything half as nice.

I recently took delivery of a Viking oak tv stand. The item was packed extremely well with no damage to the item. I am very pleased with the build quality and design and all at a reasonable price.

I ordered a coffee table and unfortunately the legs were missing. I contacted the customer services and was very impressed with their response. The legs were located and sent out within a day. I was kept well informed at all times. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

We did a lot of research as to what bit of furniture would best finish off our bedroom, visiting showrooms, trawling the internet and reading reviews. On seeing the offerings from Creation Furniture we knew we had found what we were looking for. The quality, design and functionality of the unit ticked all our boxes, and the team at Creation were delightful to deal with, answering all our questions and providing the kind of confidence and reassurance every customer looks for. On delivery the packaging was thorough and ensured no damage could be sustained in transit, and once unpacked it took our breath away. Far exceeding our expectations. It was a very heavy unit, so we opted for feet rather than wall-mounting, but to be honest it looks very nice on feet and we still have the wall brackets for the future if needed. Overall our experience dealing with Creation has been exceptional and I’d have no issue recommending them to anyone else looking for stylish, robust and beautiful furniture with customer service many other suppliers could learn from.

Bought the four door TV stand. Love this piece of furniture, came really well packed and easy to apply the feet. Lovely grain of Acacia wood and highly recommend!!
