Paid off my loan in full
Paid off my loan in full, and almost 6 months later it is still on my credit report as an outstanding loan, doesn't show any payments made at all. I have tried to contact them directly and have never gotten a reply. Other than that I have no complaints. But they are impacting my credit, the one thing they promised to help me improve!
UPDATE March 23, 2024:
On March 5th you replied to a review I made of your company on TrustPilot. You said you would fix my concerns, since I opened a loan with you in July 2023 and then paid off in October 2023 and it still shows on my credit report as open and unpaid.
Here it is March 23 and nothing has changed. My credit report still shows the loan open and unpaid, no payments made, even though it says 100% of payments made on time, no payments have been recorded. Even though I made an ACH payment for the entire $23K loan in October, it still shows open and unpaid. TWENTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS OF UNPAID DEBT ON MY CREDIT REPORT!
Please let me know if you have plans to resolve this for me, or if I need to take steps to resolve it on my own. If the reply to my review was just lip service because it was a public review, let me know. I have emailed in the past and tried to chat with your chat bot on your website with no results. I just want this removed, the account showing paid in full and on time and closed.

UPDATE March 27, 2024:
Today is Wednesday. March 27th. No one reached out to me from your company on Monday, March 25th, or Tuesday, March 26th. No voicemails, no emails, nothing. I also noticed that when I try to log into the Credit9 and Americor website or app, and the Reliant portal, I get an error now, and when I try 'Forgot Password' it doesnt work. I still have the original signed contract, emails from several people at Americor and Credit9, I have many screenshots.
I dont get this. I follow through, in good faith, with what I was supposed to do. I pay off my loan early, sorry you didnt make an exorbitant amount of money off of me, and all I want is for this loan to show PAID IN FULL and the account closed on my credit report. You all never reported one payment to the credit bureau while I was making payments. Currently it shows no payments made, ever.
Please just report to the credit bureaus that my account is paid in full, on time, and closed and I will be happy.

Not happy with how I was pressured into this loan. They made it sound great, but the interest rate is horrendous and my payment has put me back into a hardship. I have tried using other means to reach out but all I get is crickets. So this is why I’m leaving my review here.
